I come here every year and it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful and this stuff is amazing
I loved the room, at first we were put on a small one that was pretty tiny and cold for our needs. But afterwards we were moved to a bigger one with much better insulation and we were waaay more comfortable. This promotion to a larger room is very much appreciated. I also loved the breakfast and the massages (although the latter were a bit pricey), the sweet croissant they serve is amazing. The service was also very great, constantly in touch via whatsapp and always willing to help with any requests.
It felt a bit unfinished, i wish we could’ve gotten the full spa experience when we got our massages. There’s a hottub but it’s empty and unused, also a temazcal that was out of order. It would’ve been amazing to get the full experience. Also there’s no heater or ventilation in the rooms so it gets either really cold or really hot. Also the restaurant offers other things outside of the included breakfast, yet they were always sold out?

El hotel es muy bonito, a minutos andando del centro de San Juan de Teotihuacan. EL jardin con la piscina brinda mucha tranquilidad. El desayuno esta bien, sobre todo el croissant de higo.
El parking para el coche es un plus.

Relación precio- estancia; muy particularmente considero que fue excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecía la estancia
Amabilidad de las personas a cargo
El hotel tiene un ambiente muy rústico y tranquilo. Sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia el primer día no había servicio de restaurante, lo que resultó inconveniente, y la piscina estaba demasiado fría, por lo que no fue posible disfrutarla. Son aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes.
Very calming with great restaurant on site. 30 minute walk to pyramids. Pool and spa were lovely though we didn’t use them.
Not to be negative but aware.
Our room had lots of outdoor lights shining into it we couldn’t control. Very noisy fountain and doors at night going in to midnight. No aircon or fan, open windows invited mosquitoes.
