OK mais équipement basique.
Cons:

Il faisait froid. Pas de chauffage.
Pas de lumière près du lavabo de la salle de bain.

Absolutně rajská zahrada, neuvěřitelný klid a pohoda za hradbami ale živé město. V dochozi vzdálenosti kostel z 16. století i pyramidy…
Byli jsme prakticky jedni ze dvou hostu, což udělalo zážitek ještě výjimečnější. Moc dekujeme za vřelou péči!

Disappointing, especially the Deluxe Suite bathroom
Pros:

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite called Xochipilli. Enormous and very comfortable bed. The room is extremely big and its garden area is very nice. The breakfast was excellent - lovely fruit juice and coffee, very good eggs and the gigantic croissant was delicious.

Cons:

As other reviewers have said, the room was cold and there was no heater. Luckily the outside temperatures were good, so the cold wasn't unbearable. Also, the bed has lots of blankets, so it was warm in bed. Aside from the cold, the room was very tired and does not match up to the photos I that respect.

The room description says there is a wardrobe or closet. There isn't. Only a very small number of cost hooks. For such a large room, this is ridiculous. And it is unacceptable to say there is a wardrobe when there is not.

However, the worst aspect was the bathroom. You may notice there are no photos of the bathroom for any room. In the Xochipilli Suite, the bathroom was very tired and quite dirty. The room has an old-fashioned, vintage free-standing bath. It really needs to be re-enamelled, but that is not the main issue. The bath is close to the wall, but not touching it. The shower head is high on the wall by the bath and the shower curtain only runs along one side of the bath. This all means it is impossible to have a shower without lots of water ending up on the floor, so it ends up like a wet room but without the drainage you would need. Unusually for me, I've taken photos to illustrate what I mean. You will see we had to put towels on the floor to stem the flood!

Bonito, cómodo y tranquilo

La atención es excelente. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Al ser un lugar pequeño, la atención es más personal. La comida fue la mejor de todas nuestras vacaciones.

Cons:

Quizá haya sido por la época del año (invierno), pero hay lugares que lucen muy solos y hasta un tanto descuidados. Pero lo que más me desagradó fue que la puerta de nuestra habitación no era muy segura. El balcón estaba bonito pero descuidado y las luces estaban muy tenues (estaría bien tener en la habitación la opción de encender otro juego de luces más encendidas para cuando requieres buscar o hacer algo).

Quarto bonito, bem típico

Cons:

Cafe da manhã ruim com atendimento sofrível. Nos recusaram um segundo copo de suco de laranja. A pousada não está tao bem cuidada como nas fotos, especialmente nas areas comuns. Pior de tudo banho que não esquenta direito em dia de 5° Celsius

This is a beautiful place and the location is great. The staff is helpful and responsive.

Cons:

Breakfast was included, but they start serving it at 9 am, which is too late if you want to take advantage of the day. We talked with the restarurant staff and they served us at 8 am.

Heerlijk ontbijt. Goed gratis parkeren. Tuin is oase van rust met lekkere stoelen.

Cons:

Kamer was erg koud ondanks klein kacheltje en zonnig weer. Geen douchegordijn; hele badkamer na het douchen nat.

Pros:

Loved the tezmacal & massage. Staff was very helpful and kind. property was lovely.

Te koud en te vochtig om comfortabel te zijn .
Pros:

Goede ligging tov het stadje en de archeologische opgravingen.
Rustige en groene tuin .

Cons:

We sliepen in de oude paardenstal .
Leuk verbouwd maar er kwam geen zon naar binnen waardoor het een vochtige, koude ruimte bleef .
Niet goed voor de gezondheid en je lichaam. Deze kamers zouden ze niet moeten verhuren, helemaal niet als je ( zoals wij ) er langer verblijft.
De laatste nacht kregen we een andere kamer in een ander gebouwtje en daar was het veel minder koud en vochtig .
De tuin was wel heerlijk en het ontbijt was gevarieerd met heel vriendelijke bediening,
