Pros:

Las instalaciones y que no se oye ruido del exterior.

Cons:

1. Solicite el cambio de una foco a mi cuarto, porque parpadeaba mucho y no lo cambiaron.
2. Descactivaron mis tarjetas de acceso al cuarto, media hora antes del check out y sin yo haber hecho el check out.

Pros:

En el desayuno no hay diferentes tipos de leche, lo demás
s estuvo bien

Cons:

Pregunte si me podian apoyar con una llegada unas horas mas temprano, no me contestaron hasta mas de 24 horas después, y sin opciones, el agua caliente intermitente, en un lugar que hace frío es muy incomodo, a la vez que el baño es abierto y dura mucho el extractor, aun siendo de movimiento, se reporto una fuga en el lavabo, y no se hizo nada al respecto.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son nuevas y cómodas, me gustó mucho mi estancia. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

La regadera no tiene puerta, así es el diseño, se ve padre pero siento que se sale mucho el agua, tal vez sería bueno poner una jerga en el baño.

La atención del personal aún con los pocos recursos que les dan son muy amables y serviciales

Cons:

Deben de cuidar la limpieza. Los colchones para ser supuestamente un hotel nuevo. Muy sucios.
