Incredible service!!! We love Simone at the front desk - so helpful and sweet!

This boutique hotel is conveniently located and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and complimentary use of their e-bikes!

A/C never worked. Sometimes neither did TV. Hot tub was not heated and too cold to enjoy.

The staff were phenomenal! Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The breakfast options were fantastic as well! This was our first time staying at The Brandt and we will most certainly book with them going forward!

It was new, clean and the staff was super friendly. And a short walk to town. Very Comfortable beds!

Heating and cooling in rooms is awful. Rooms are very small, and walls are quite thin.

Staff is very helpful and willing to go out of their way.

Outdoor seating areas can be a bit scarce on busy weekends.

It’s convenient for walking and close to town and restaurants.

Free E-Bike rentals and beach chairs while supplies last.

It’s too pricey for what you get, but it’s Nantucket, so get used to it.

Sydney, Simone, and Alex were warm hosts to engage with and extremely helpful. We loved breakfast every morning, spacious room to feel at home, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay again!

We had the most amazing time at the Brant! From the second we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of by Jason and his staff. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the breakfast was 10/10 and the location was amazing as well.

Really happy I booked here, great property, lovely welcoming staff, fantastic location.
Rooms were very clean, comfortable.
The only reason not 5 stars for conditions is because when it was raining you have to walk over the grass which is muddy and causes a mess to your shoes and when you walk in your room.

Stayed here for a last minute business/ social trip in Mid July. 10 min walk from the Ferry so very easy to get to.
Super clean, modern and great facilities in the room and hotel. Room quality was exceptional and we had room 25 which was perfect in every way. The included breakfast was delicious and easy. The bar was perfect for a night cap. The single biggest wow fact was the team and service . Simone was full of local knowledge and advice and every night entertained and looked after us at a five star level. Such a lovely lady and a credit to the hotel.
All the staff were brilliant and the general manager who even resolved a minor issue with our TV.
