Desde el minuto 1 , de nuestra llegada
Ni siquiera respondieron a un Buenos días 😓

No prenden el aire acondicionado en el día , argumentando que la gente se va a la playa

Soy de las personas que en ocasiones me gusta estar dentro de la habitación y sin aire acondicionado es imposible con el clima de ahí

Llegue y no tenian datos de mi reservacion lo cual me dice que el dueño no esta al tanto de los clientes ni de las reservaciones y poca capacitacion a su personal. Les hace falta mucho por crecer y el tipo de servicio al cliente. No regresaria a ese lugar.
