Liked the style of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfy.
I was able to open the windows which I like.
Room smelled like someone smoked in there .... had to open the windows for a long time.
They need to update the light situation. There's not enough lights/lamps and it's almost impossible to get ready/do make up in a dimmed down, almost dark bathroom.

The facility was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
In the morning the guest above us on the third floor was quite loud as we could hear them walking about, putting things on the floor etc.

Old infrastructure. The noise insulation is not good. I had a problem in my bathtub. And there was no cleaning service, apparently one has to ask for it.
The hotel is gorgeous, staff was phenomenal, there was an issue with our door he came right up and took care of the issue while we were at our event. Such a peaceful environment and great nights sleep

Good location downtown which is beautiful.
No breakfast, but Creme Coffee is around corner on Franklin Street.
Perhaps a small throw rug by each bed would help warm your feet on the bare floor.
Also, a photo from the town whose name is on the door.... Example: Harness State Park in Waterford.
