I’m overall very nice hotel just not enough light and it lacked a full length mirror
Pros:

The room was nice but too diim,should at least have better lighting in the bathroom, made getting ready for an evening out more challenging than it should be

Pros:

Good location downtown which is beautiful.

No breakfast, but Creme Coffee is around corner on Franklin Street.

Cons:

Perhaps a small throw rug by each bed would help warm your feet on the bare floor.
Also, a photo from the town whose name is on the door.... Example: Harness State Park in Waterford.

Precio muy caro para la habitación que nos dieron, habitación muy pequeña, poca luz, baño súper pequeño, no incluye el desayuno por el precio por lo que es más caro todavía relación calidad precio.

Hotel Callista is a beautiful, cozy hotel.
Pros:

Norwich isn't the most desirable city to stay in but it's great geographically if you need to stay in the middle of the state, or close to the casinos. If you are going to stay in Norwich, this has to be the best hotel! It is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

A second caffeinated coffee pod would have been good so that my partner could have had one. I do think they would also benefit from hiring professionals to do a deep clean of the bathrooms as well. Our bathroom wasn't bad (totally fine!) but with these older buildings, I know bathroom upkeep can be more challenging.

Pros:

The rooms were clean. The place says that it is a historic building but it has been overly modernized. When we arrived there was a private party on the first floor and you could hear and feel the music all the way on the third floor. It ended at 10pm. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people three doors down. Because they went with an over modern decor with the already thin walls there were no sound dampening like pictures on the walls in the halls ways, so it created an echo chamber. Everytime someone opened a door on the floor it was like they were opening it in your room. Friends of ours were directly below us and they could hear us walking around no matter how quietly we were trying to be. Another guest decided to take a video call in the hallway so not to wake the person they were staying with, it was 4 doors down from us really early in the morning, there was no going back to sleep after that. This is a very loud hotel. If you are looking for rest and relaxation don't stay here.

Mostly comfortable but a lot of echoes and door slamming.
Pros:

The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable to lay on while awake.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was having issues. I had to use a couple of credit cards to pull the stopper out because it got stuck. I wish there had been a microwave anywhere in the building.

Pros:

Enjoyed the fact Hotel Callista was creat of a private residence(mansion). Gave it a homey, comfortable feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. Would definitely stay at Callista again.
