Excellent stay in San Carlos for diving
Pros:

Super clean and quiet. After a day of diving we like a good night’s sleep and it works great at Casa Maria. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good A/C. Great restaurant behind the speakeasy bookcase wall. Elegant and reasonably priced. Inside parking with 24 guard was super

The location, and súper clean :)

Cons:

The only thing, we were traveling with a baby so the pool was not the best decision bc music was super loud we could talk and the was no shadow or roof I mean it’s summer super hot 😳 the rest was perfect

me hicieron el cargo al a tarjeta con la que hice la reservación, y eso que llegue a tiempo. Quería pagar con otra tarjeta por fines fiscales, pero me hicieron el cargo desde antes.

El personal de ama de llaves y restaurantes eran muy amables y serviciales

El equipo de recepción hizo que mi experiencia no fuera grata.

1.- Me dieron solo la mitad de la habitación, me dijo el bellboy que bajara a avisar a recepción para que me pudieran abrir.
2.- Éramos 5 personas en la habitación, solo dejaron dos toallas, cuando les comenté la subieron con una mala cara
3.- Les pedí si me podían montar el sofá cama, me dijeron que subían al rato, llegamos 10:20 pm y tuve que bajar a pedir blancos para montarlo yo, el chico me dijo que eso era de ama de llaves, que el ni sabía nada, cuando le dije que necesitaba que me revolviera, hablo por celular con alguien y me dio una bolsa llena de blancos
4.- las toallas necesitan ser cambiadas
5.- entra mucha luz a la habitación, y ni hablar de la vista que tenía

Antes de estar en este hotel me hospedé en otro la mitad de precio, el servicio fue por mucho mejor.
Creo que deberían de anticiparse a las necesidades del huésped, no quieran llamarse boutique si no cuidan los detalles.

The room was spacious and clean 🧼

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok
On the first floor the view was to look at a torn down building!
Also the pool was not very clean and no lounge chairs
