Pros:

we had a great time everything was clean , the only down side is when we were checking out the front desk was asking us for a Water Jar that was missing ,They never provided us with a water jar .We waited for 10 min until housekeeping said that the previous guest had the Jar .

Muy buen toque la entrada al restaurante.
Lo único malo es que la lámpara del buró no servía, se me pasó comentarlo en recepción, pero el servicio es bueno y el cuarto fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba.

La ubicación esta perfecta, para todos, se puede convivir en familia, el hotel cuenta con accesos a diferentes lugares. la ventaja que cuenta con clima aun cuando hace mucho calor, hay lugares espectaculares, y la comida deliciosa, uff el desayuno, riquísimo, muchas gracias

Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño y cómodo, justo en el centro de San Carlos. Es un hotel muy básico pero lindo.
Quizá su área de oportunidad es la atención la cliente.
Tardan mucho en atender cualquier solicitud. El restaurante es otro tema, muy lento y no tienen la mejor actitud.
