The hotel is walking distance from many attractions- 3 palaces, shopping districts, Hanok villages. The room was a bit small but very comfortable- there was a small closet that made is possible- to unpack. The laundry area is excellent- nice machines and ironing boards with seating.
We didn't buy the daily breakfast but bought it once. It wasn't great.
I couldn't have imagined a better location for the 1st visit to Seoul.

During the breakfast a disgusting chemical substance is offered instead of coffee. If a hotel can not afford offering coffee then simply don't. There is absolutely no point in such "coffee".
Badly synchronized elevators (long waiting time and no unified management of all elevators).
The stairs were locked and could not be used as an alternative to elevators.
Bad communication: The hotel did not hesitate sending emails and offering late check out. When I asked for one they said they could not do that.
The hotel’s location is truly excellent and ideal for visitors exploring the city. As a solo traveler, I wanted a place where I could easily walk around and experience the city above ground, and this hotel was perfect for that. It also has great connections to almost all bus lines around the city, as well as the metro, which made transportation very convenient.
The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. I had a small issue with my booking, and they handled it with great flexibility and professionalism, making sure the problem was solved quickly and smoothly.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful, modern hotel! The staff were all so courteous—especially Bae, who looks just like the K-drama star Bae Suzy and has even visited my home country, Vietnam! The breakfast was delicious and had a really nice setup. Our room was a little on the small side and didn't have a closet for the three of us, but other than that, we loved it. The location is perfect—walkable to a beautiful nearby temple and most of the major attractions in Seoul.
The staff also promptly arranged a luxury van for the five of us to get to the airport. It was such a special touch to have several staff members meet us at the parking lot to say goodbye! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to South Korea.
