Hotel Breakfast buffet was great- lots of variety but mostly Korean food. Bathroom set up with glass walls and auto flush toilets may not be ideal if you’re traveling with people other than close family - we stay in 2 single bed room as there were no doubles or king sized bedrooms left. Location was quick walk to nearby tourist destinations, without it being busy. The airport bus was 5 min walk from the hotel. Great stay - would come back again

Everything was very good, the only thing that kind of stood out was the very basic design of the room. I would recommend to give it a more personal touck, paintings on the wall, or something like that

Pros:

I like the fact that easy access or near shopping area, but room is too small, no space for luggages and only mirror in the bathroom, it would be nicer if there is map for places to go or shopping because most foreigners are not formiliar to direction where about so nice to have map to look for the places for directions.

Loved this hotel, it was close to both palaces, easy walking distance. Close to markets both food and clothes. close to the Cheonggyecheon stream, a beautiful walkway.
Staff were excellent, rooms were clean, on site laundry was great and inexpensive. the optional breakfast is very worthwhile. would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Seoul.

Great location! Insadong just 2 minute walk. Room was not very big but it’s okay if you plan to be out touring most of the time. Bed a bit too firm. Would definitely stay here again.
