The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent- close to a multitude of restaurants and within walking distance of Seoul Plaza, Deokseogang Palace and Gwanghamun square. Only 4 mins from Euljiro-1 subway.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable. Staff were also super kind, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Seoul, no matter whether it’s their first time or they’re a repeat visitor.

The location
the room 604 not maintain good , the switch some broken and the wall have some water stain and the bathroom door have stuck .
Very close to public transport and in heart of Myeongdong. Major shops closeby. Most places walkable. Not loud when sleeping overnight. Huge plus was mini gym where i was able to workout in the mornings. Staff was very accomodating and helpful.
This was my 2nd stay in Vert hotel. The room is comfortable for 2 people and the availability of simple kitchen utensils (induction hob + pans), and a full refrigerator (with freezer) make it a bonus. Location was excellent to move around the city of Seoul.
The TV control was a bit of challenge to understand, with 2 remotes and some connection to either TV, subscriptions, cable etc. There were occasions when the trash wasn't properly cleared by the housekeeping, leaving some trash within the room till next house keeping day.
I really enjoyed this hotel. The lobby was nice, and everything was clean, comfortable, and airy. The room was very quiet, and the beds were excellent.
Nothing significant stood out as negative. It’s in a very central location in the heart of the shopping district with access to many restaurants and everything you need. Overall, the stay was very smooth.

location was super near to the airport bus drop off pick up point, easy to find, and near myeongdong shopping street and train station. opposite lotte dept store! Staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. There's a small olive young right opposite the hotel too which was nice. Easy to find food and coffee downstairs too. Would definitely stay here again my next trip to Korea! Room was spacious
The little table is a bit small if you plan to bring back food and eat (2 pax), but 1 pax is fine. Floor space is also a little bit limited if you have big luggages, but definitely manageable.
My stay was perfect..room was quiet, nice view, and clean. Highly recommended!

Location
Power supply was not working, toilet screen door constantly leaked water, the towels were too thin and they didn’t even have enough body towels on the first day of check in and we had to make do with small towels. Everything was self service and for the price paid, other establishments offer much better value.
