Pros:

Super clean room, hallway, and everything. There is no staff (I think only at some limited time frame) but everything was guided well in advance and easy check in and out.

Cons:

It’s 20 floored building and there was only one elevator working. We stayed on 3rd floor so it was not a problem in general but it was annoying to go up to the terrace at some point - full house and one small working elevator for over 100 rooms….

Good value comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The room was a nice size with lots of storage, with a nice large desk. Room was quiet, as was the neighborhood. Check in and out was simple and quick.
Basement lounge areas were spacious and beautiful.

Cons:

The bed was too firm, causing pins and needles every night. The plastic mattress cover also caused an unpleasant texture on the bed.
