Pros:

Overall a great hotel with suites perfect for families. The free parking was a very nice perk.

Cons:

The location is good if you intend to use public transportation. The area can get congested if you intend to drive/cab it around but it was still fine and worked for us.

아파트형으로 넓고 온도도 따뜻하고 좋았어요! 사진과 동일합니다. 사장님도 친절하신듯

Cons:

화장실이 하나인게 아쉬웠고, 변기있는 칸이랑 샤워하는 칸 둘 다 투명으로 되어있는 게 이해가 안가는 부분이긴 해요.... 그 부분이 엄청 별로. 보통 최소 변기칸은 불투명이지않나요..?

４人での宿泊でしたが、予約時に2ベッド+ソファーベッドありの部屋にしたら、エクストラベッド代金を請求された。 booking.comにソファーベッドは有料と明記してほしかった。わかっていれば予約しなかった。

非常適合家庭住宿，尤其2大1小，含有洗烘托，不用帶太多換洗衣服。
Pros:

地暖設備非常舒適，可以讓室內溫度維持在常溫中，不會太熱也不會太冷，也不會讓室內因爲開暖氣而特別乾燥。

Cons:

洗熱水需要另外用按鍵開啟。

Good for family vacation.
Pros:

The room was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were a lot of cafe, restaurant and convenient stores nearby. The reception guy especially Mr Kim was really friendly and nice. I left my phone in a taxi and they put in so much effort to help me locate it.

Cons:

It takes extra effort to key in the address in maps and taxi apps because there’s many hotel with the same brand / name.

실망스러웠던 4박5일
Pros:

침실이 따로 있어서 아기를 재우기에 편리할거라 생각해서 가격이 비싸더라도 예약했습니다만 그점만 빼고는 모든 부분들이 기대 이하였습니다.

Cons:

어린 아기가 있어서 비싸더라도 침실이 분리된 숙소를 잡았는데 객실 크기 말고는 장점이 거의 없는 느낌이였습니다. 청소도 전체적으로 불만족스러웠고 (첫날 들어가자마자 거실에 머리카락이 꽤나 많이 보였습니다.) 에어컨이나 화장실 환기 팬 표면에 먼지도 잔뜩 쌓여있었고 4박5일간 체크아웃 전날만 빼고 객실청소 서비스를 받았지만 퇴실할때까지 그 먼지들은 청소되지 않았습니다. 첫날 체크인 하고 화장실에 들어가자마자 먼지 퍼지는게 눈에 보이는데 너무 당황스러워서 할말을 잃었습니다. 샤워 물 온도 문제도 있었는데 물을 약하게 틀면 지나치게 뜨겁게 나오고 오직 물을 최대로 강하게 틀었을때만 샤워 가능한 온도였고 그마저도 갑자기 뜨거워지거나 차가워지거나 하는등 샤워하기 매우 어려운 수준이였습니다. 아기 샤워시킬때는 최대 강도로 틀수가 없어서 계속 팔팔 끓는 수준의 온도로만 나오니 너무 스트레스였습니다. 거실에 온도조절기로 온수 온도를 최저로 맞춰봤지만 소용이 없었습니다. 거실은 넓지만 넓은 거실에 어울리지않는 작고 저렴한 소파는 불편해서 쉬기도 애매했고 그 앞에있는 카페트와 테이블은 너무 가볍고 저렴한 느낌이라 바닥에 제대로 고정되지않고 아이가 위에서 움직일때마다 밀려서 기어다니기에도 위험한 수준이였습니다. 침대마저도 실망스러웠고 첫날부터 이 모든걸 경험하니 뭔가 개선될거란 기대감이 완전히 사라져서 굳이 불평할 마음도 들지 않았고 포기하게 됐습니다. 아무리 객실이 넓은편이라고 해도 과하게 비싸게 책정된 가격이였고 그에 걸맞는 시설과 서비스는 전혀 느낄수 없었습니다. 1박에 30만원이 넘는 일정이였지만 솔직히 객실 크기 빼고는 웬만한 가성비 모텔보다도 못한 체감이였기에 개인적으로 추천은 불가능합니다.

Pros:

Very nice Apartment with nice views, rather quiet. Had everything one could need, except maybe more instructions in English (for example the washing mashine was only in Korean, if you dont have Google Translate, it is difficult).

Cons:

Communicating with the staff, who dont speak any English really (except 1-2 persons, who spoke a little) was a challenge. E.g. we told them, that the shower was not draining properly, but apparently nobody understood this, because nothing was done about it.

New facility with all amenities you need for a longer stay, including a washer/ dryer. Many convenient stores and cafe/ restaurants nearby. Also close to the subway line making it easy to get around the city. Overall I would recommend this place.

호텔은 깔끔하고 위치적으로도 강남역과 코엑스를 한,두 정거장이면 왔다 갔다 할 수 있습니다.

가볍게 이것저것 조리가능한 시설과 넓은 식탁구조로 편하게 모임 등을 할 수 있는 것도 장점입니다.

또한, 여타 다른 비슷한 업장들이 이것저것 추가 물품이나 시설들을 구비해서 가격이 비싸지는 반면에,

딱 필요한 것들만 완벽히 구성해놔 가격으로 봤을때, 이 근방에서 이 호텔을 이길 수는 없습니다
