Pros:

Location was excellent, staff very friendly and clean room.

Cons:

The size of the room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children with luggages. However, we liked the disposition of the room - 2nd bed was at the upper part of the room.

Pros:

La ubicación era buena, cerca del metro y tiendas. El personal era muy agradable, intentando solucionar de la mejor forma posible y bastante comprensivos.

Cons:

La limpieza no era diaria ni bien echa, se hacía cada tercer día y cuando tocó solo se limpio el baño, no se tendían las camas hasta el cuarto día que era cambio de sábanas. Esta bien lo de ahorro de agua en cuanto a lavado de blancos pero no en torno a la limpieza. También hay un tema muy serio con las duchas, estuve en 4 habitaciones diferentes en diversos pisos y en todos había fuga de agua en la tina de baño, a pesar de usar la regadera, eso hacía que todo el piso del baño se mojara y quedara con aroma de humedad.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful specially the manager did everything to make our stays good, really great job. I have a room for 4 people 2 adults/2children and the very first night the airport stopped working. The manager moved us to 2 connected rooms we had bigger space and better rooms.. amazing work

Cons:

When you walk in the road myeongdong does smell which isn't that good.. but nothing to do with the hotel

Pros:

El staff especialmente Greycy fue muy amable, a pesar de que no pude extender mi estancia me ayudo a absolver una reserva equivocada , asi como otras facilidades durante mi estancia.

Cons:

La habitación que escogí tiene un espacio limitado en el segundo piso.

Pros:

Location and staff attitude and service levels only.

Cons:

Everything else. Room too small. No table or chairs to eat inside the room either. No space for luggage storage. Worse, the Aircon has a buzzing sound throughout our stay. It was so loud it sounded like a fleet of crickets chirping. Woke up in the middle of the night and thought I was camping in the jungle.

Fair stay. Not sure if I will book this accommodation again.
Pros:

Property was clean, price was reasonable and staff very helpful.

Cons:

Not as close to public transport as I was hoping for. Rooms are very small. Aircon not strong enough, we were there mid June and it’s not even full on summer yet. The toilet bidet not working.

Perfect location in Myeongdong, excellent & comfortable room - value for money!
Pros:

Perfect location in Myeongdong, within walking distance to the famous shopping area of Myeongdong, restaurants and convenience stores. Love the room, even though a bit small - but just enough for 2 pax. The room is practical, clean, comfortable and the bed is amazing. Bathroom is clean and the water pressure is good. Value for money, highly recommended!

명동/충무로/을지로3가역 인근이라 도보 10분 내외라 접근성이 좋습니다!
시설도 깔끔하고 조식 이용할수 있는 식당도 준비되어 있어서 아침에 든든하게 식사했어요
명동 인근이기도 하고 이동하기 편한 위치라 여행오신 외국인분들도 많았습니다! 서울 여행오시는 내국인분들도 추천드려요

All I liked about the hotel was that it was close to shopping places.

Cons:

First, I booked a Superior room but I was checked it a room with a tiny with and the view was horrible! So they took the money and checked me in, in different room.

Pros:

対応してくれたスタッフが非常に親切でした。間違えてダブルルームを予約したことに到着後に気づき、ダメ元でツインへの変更をお願いしたところ、嫌な顔もせずすぐに対応してくれました。

Cons:

少しバスルームは下水の匂いが気になりました。またシャワーを浴びるとバスタブに沿って水が流れ、トイレの方まで水浸しになります。
