立地と金額で検討を。安全も問題なし。
Pros:

・リムジンバス乗り場から徒歩５分
・大通りを１本入るけど、ホテル前の道が広く明るい
・KIOSK（セルフ）チェックイン可能
・カードキーをかざさないとエレベーターが動かないので安全
・小さいけど窓があり、開ける事も可能(部屋によるかも)
・ホテル近くにコンビニあり
・最寄り駅まで徒歩５分
・拙い韓国語でも嫌な顔せず、理解して対応してくれた

Cons:

・なぜかトイレに高麗人参の匂いが充満していた。（友人の部屋は大丈夫だったそう）
・バスルームの電気と換気扇は一緒に作動するのに、お湯の温度がぬるくて温まる事はできなかった
・古いホテルを改装しているので年季や無理なスロープは否めない。
・22時以降は有人チェクインできず、問題があれば韓国語か英語必須。

モーテルですが部屋の内装はシンプルで設備も良く一人で泊まっても快適でした。
窓が小さくあまり光が入らないせいか部屋は少しカビ臭かったです。

친절함이나 청결도는 만족했습니다. 직장에 제출할 인보이스를 나중에 부탁했는데도 아주 친절하게 메일로 보내주어서 고마운 마음이었습니다. 밤에 호텔 외부에서 가끔 소음이 들리는 것 이외에는 다 좋았습니다.

Pros:

先說優點
1.交通非常非常方便，距離新村地鐵站、機場巴士站都是走路5分鐘
2.地點很好，外面很安靜，外面有便利商店、olive young、mos、subway
3.房間蠻大的，櫃檯甚至給我有小客廳的房間，彌補我等待太久的時間
4.有6格免費停車位
再來缺點
1.整潔度有待加強，毛巾或是床單會有一兩點污點、小客廳茶几、床頭櫃也有灰塵，其他都ok
2.我喜歡硬的床，這間偏軟，但有給兩種枕頭還不錯
3.會聽到隔壁的聲音
4.一樓是可以任意進出不需感應的，所以擔心安全的問題要考慮一下
5.淋浴間沒有門，洗澡完可能會讓地板都是水

整體來說，這間是韓國人在住的旅館，附近全都是旅館，裡面沒有任何英文標示，check in時記得要說用Expedia訂的，CP值算高，沒得選或是不在意清潔度問題的可以住這裡。
