No tiene mucha Variedad de comida, un gym le hace falta, no cuenta con servicio de limpieza en la habitación.

La ventana del baño que da al bosque no tenía cortina y la última ventana tampoco tenía cortina. Vi personas en el techo asomandose a la ventana del baño .

La entrada de la carrera hacia la propiedad se debe de conducir con cuidado ya que es terracería y por la lluvia hay bastantes hoyos. El hotel es acogedor, la vista hermosa del bosque y la alberca está climatizada y trato amable del personal.

The place is surrounded by Mother Nature. You are about 20 minutes away from Mazamitla, but the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere makes this place unique. If you want to relax and spend quality time with family and friends this is a great place to stay. Facilities are nicely kept and staff Hugo is great. He is attentive to all your needs and is always very polite. I definitely would love to come back.

El costo es un poco elevado, el acceso un tanto complicado, quiero pensar que como están adentro del bosque el camino está complicado, son cabañas cómodas y si buscas paz y tranquilidad esta es ideal, en servicio del personal es bueno, son amables y hacen lo posible por hacer tu estancia lo más cómodas posible

Tuvimos en un inconveniente con la reservación por parte mía, sin embargo el anfitrión me ayudó y no hubo cobro extra, fueron muy empaticos a pesar de que no fue error de ellos .
Me respetaron mi reserva, la atención del encargado Hugo fue muy buena, es muy servicial, los precios del restaurante accesibles y de buenas porciones . Instalaciones cómodas y muy bonitas para tus histories , lo recomiendo ampliamente
