Great location and design

Cons:

I booked a junior suite and was assigned to a studio. Room is very dirty, with hairs from previous guests. Towel is dirty with stains.

Great location, just not the cleanest room
Pros:

I love how centrally located this property is, it’s in the middle of Roma Norte and it’s super close to Colima Street, which has a ton of restaurants and m shops.

Cons:

Beware that there is no safe in the room so if you’re traveling with a passport to carry it with you and there’s nowhere to put it in the room.

Additionally, they only give you two towels and if you ask for additional towels, you might not always get them on time.

The room wasn’t properly dusted when we got in and there was a massive stain on my couch.

I loved the design and decoration — the property is very well maintained, and the location is fantastic. I really like how it feels like home, with different rooms where you can work comfortably. Luz María, the lady who takes care of the house, is incredibly kind and always attentive to every detail. She truly made my stay much better.

Cons:

The only issue is that the rooms are quite noisy. I stayed in the Leonora room, and you can hear every step from the guests upstairs, as well as when they take a shower, etc. It can be a bit disturbing, so I think it would be great if the property could find a way to improve the sound insulation.

Pros:

Starting with the positive, the location of this hotel is great (which was my main priority), the staff is very nice and helpful and communication is easy. The room was spacious and clean and the check-in, check-out was smooth. There is a nice terrace, co-working and the common spaces are all very cool, artsy and feel very typical cdmx / roma.

Cons:

However, i'm not sure what happened with the noise insulation, but you can hear EVERYTHING - when there was somebody in the room above me the floors were creaking, it sounded like the roof is about to collapse and i could hear their entire conversation. I woke up several times, every single night due to the noise in the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper i would definitely not reccommend.

The only negative is that is surrounded by schools so it can get loud in the mornings during the week.

Great to be in Roma Norte, that’s where the great stuff ends.
Pros:

The location, apart from the school next door

Cons:

The very loud school next door. The door to the kitchen, which was right outside our room, wouldn’t close so we were constantly woken up but people cooking late at night or making coffee in the morning. We were locked out of the main door of the apartments as the code we were given didn’t work. As two females stuck on the street at 1am, in a foreign country, we didn’t feel particularly comfortable and it impacted how late we stayed out after that, just in case. This property is not a hotel, it is a fancy hostel.

Céntrica, hermosa y con excelente atención.
Pros:

Desde que se acercó la fecha de mi reservación, me contactaron directamente de la propiedad para estar al pendiente de mi viaje, además de ofrecerme servicio de transporte (con costo extra) para llegar a la propiedad.
La casa es hermosa, el trato del personal muy atento y la habitación muy agradable. Además de que se encuentra en una zona de excelentes lugares para comer y tomar algo.
Sólo hay un par de puntos que podrían mejorar en mi habitación: Un mueble para colgar camisas y sacos, y cortinas con mayor privacidad, ya que de noche se logra ver hacia adentro de la habitación por los espacios entre marco y cortina cuando se tienen las luces prendidas.
