La recepcionista, al entregar la llave me dijo que se habian equivocado al cobrar el costo de la habitación, me dijo que debia pagar $1,600 pesos; tuve que mostrar el e-mail de Expedia para mostrar que pagué lo correcto.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. El Restaurante cuenta con mobiliario confortable en toda el área y el desayuno bufet, muy rico y variado. La decoración en las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes, muy elegante y agradable a la vista. En cuanto a la programación de la TV, no cuenta con programación abierta nacional.

It’s a great property to stay in. The staff is very friendly. The receptionist are super friendly and professional Alexandra and Gabriela. I was treated very well. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Casas Grandes it is the best Hotel in Casas Grandes.
