We really loved this property!
Pros:

Location was lovely...close enough to SMA and much quieter.
Lovely grounds, beautiful 1865 Chapel. If you are into staying at a lovely Spanish Colonial Hacienda, this property will delight you. Lovely furnishings in our room and 18' vaulted ceilings!
The bedding was beautiful, and maid service was every day...replenishing with fresh towels each day. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

While the staff provided beautiful, warm blankets...a space heater would have been nice.

Cons:

Mal Servicio, no hay donde comer, no te apoyan en nada, si pides más agua para beber no te dan, no sirve el refrigerador, no te dejan usar la alberca,
hay cuartos que están pequeños e incómodos. Si estás ocupando el cuarto cuando quieren hacer la limpieza de la habitación, te la dejan sin hacer.

La habitación y ropa de cam muy bien. Lo único malo que no cuentan con servicio de bar, no funciona la alberca y no hay agua caliente en la regadera.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bonito, las habitaciones son bastante amplias y bellas, la cama muy cómoda. No hay señal de internet, pero siempre hubo wifi.
Hicimos el check in ya tarde, pero siempre hubo una persona al pendiente.
No está tan cerca del centro de SMA pero vale la pena la experiencia.
Definitivamente regresaba

Just one thing I didn’t like. I am early person, and I like to have coffee early in morning and They don’t opened the restaurant until 9 to 11 and no coffee shop or restaurant close to that area. But excellent service and clean facilities.

Es una Hacienda bellísima que vale la pena conocer, su personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son espectaculares. La habitación es impresionante y muy tranquila para descansar.
Mi sugerencia sería tener un restaurant/bar abierto por la tarde y noche. Mesitas alrededor de la fuente para poder tomar algo en la noche.

Todo dentro del hotel está excelente, es un lugar muy agradable y acogedor. Te dan la bienvenida y la cama es muy cómoda. Si no eres muy supersticioso, la pasarás bastante bien, en la noche puede que te lleves un susto si eres muy creyente. Lamentablemente no es tan fácil de llegar, pero ya adentro es muy cómodo prácticamente todo, solamente ajustaría de lugar la televisión, pues tienes que torcerte un poco para lograr verla, pero es lo suficientemente grande para que no te moleste tanto eso.
La verdad si recomendaría ir a las personas que les gusta un espacio que parezca viejo y acogedor.
