Dso noise from street

Cons:

Great design. It's a shame the architect forgot to install windows that would have dampened street noise. The street is noisy at night and in the early morning, and the poor windows make it uncomfortable. The room also had a stale sewer smell. The toilet, which is inconvenient and open to the room, causes a lack of privacy. The room is fine for one person, but not for two. If it's a four-star hotel, there should be a breakfast option. Also room was no clean like shoud be.

La pieza no tiene calefacción y tampoco tiene ventanas. Detalles como que no hay con qué revolver el café que te dejan o tampoco hay toalla para las manos. No volveré a quedarme ahí

Nice, modern but needs some adjustments.
Pros:

The area was nice but still had to Uber to many places.

Cons:

It was cold and no heater. Had to call out doing beds and redtocking of TP.

The location was nice in the middle of the Uber and the walkway. And the front services were very kind and helpful

Cons:

The bed was not that comfy, and the shower wasnt clean enough.

Great location, good price.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Our room was spacious and featured a large window with a nice view of CDMX. Friendly staff, very safe, and good location -- kind of a business/office area (much of Polanco is like that?) but walking distance from great museums and a Michelin-starred restaurant (with a side taco joint "Siembra Taquería"-- highly recommended).

Plutôt bien mais très mal dormi.
Pros:

Très joli établissement, très moderne et très bien. Plutôt bien placé, à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du métro.

Cons:

Très mal insonorisé, on entend tout! Que ce soit les bruits dehors ou même les autres clients dans les chambres à côté. C’est vraiment dommage car cela gâche beaucoup le charme de l’hôtel.
Un des lits avait le matelas abîmé.
