Buena experiencia..!!
Pros:

La atención del personal es buena, muy amables y atentos a las necesidades. Muy buena ubicación del centro. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y son comodas, así como las camas, ropa de cama. Hay agua caliente. Me gusto y el precio es justo.

Cons:

Que no tenga elevador, sin embargo el encargado me comento que ya estaban trabajando en ello, la próxima que los visite ya estrá en servicio.

Clean, spacious rooms. Ubication is good, short walk to the center (15min), many eateries/ cafes close by. Bus station would be just around the corner. Street is not too busy.

Cons:

Sounds specially from corridor can be loud. Of course its not hotel´s fault, but rather due to the very loud people staying in hotel. Good it happened only when ppl where coming back from the streets in the evening, 9:30-11PM.

Las instalaciónes muy bien,, y la ubicación cerca del lugar a visitar

Cons:

Solo la ropa de cama no se veían limpias,, las almohadas también y en la cortina de baño había una cucaracha,, deberían lavar o cambiarlas

Muy buena opción.
Pros:

El trato de los dueños es muy bueno, siempre atentos a resolver cualquier necesidad. La plática con ellos es muy entretenida. La distancia hacia la basílica me parece adecuada y se hace corta si tomas la ruta pasando por todos los puestos de venta de ropa.

Cons:

De momento no cuenta con elevador pero ya están trabajando en la preparación para instalarlo.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly, room was clean and they provided everything we needed during our stay. Beds are very comfortable and clean as well. I recommend Hotel Maricela.
