The main issue was the bed size. It was listed as queen, however, both rooms occupied had only matrimonial size (confirmed by all parties). Had we known this, we would have booked the other room with two beds or a different hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and staff were extremely pleasant

Pros:

La cama tenía chinches. Desperté con espalda con varios granos. Desayuno atendido por uno mismo (no había nadie) y selección era muy pobre.
Primera habitación a la que fui tenía un ruido muy molesto de arriba, como una bomba que funcionaba intermitentemente. Personal me cambió de habitación cuando hice mi queja
