Unit 804 had some safety issues.
Pros:

Unit 804 had some issues with the floor, the planks were loose and somebody could have fell we had to put chairs to cover the planks so nobody could slip on them. Also the light in one of the restrooms was malfunctioning.We call and someone came and took picture, but did not fix the issues.We had to use the restroom in the dark. Other than that the unit was okay.

Cons:

No follow up to some issues with unit 804 the wood planks that were loose and the light in the restroom that was not working.

Unit 1602 had some issues, but the view was great.
Pros:

Unit 1602 had some issues, the refrigerator did not work and some of the the electrical outlets did not work properly.The safe did not work as well, luckily we got two units and was able to use the second unit safe. The door knob to the unit came off, but still able to open the door. Other than those issues the unit was okay.

La atención del personal vía web es excelente, respondieron todas nuestras preguntas y nos auxiliaron cuando fue necesario.

Cons:

Posiblemente por omisión de ambas partes el código de acceso al departamento no fue enviado y no nos percatamos hasta nuestra llegada, sin embargo nos ayudaron a resolverlo lo más pronto posible. El único detalle que si es importante se mencioné en la descripción de amenidades es la reglamentacion del condominio respecto al uso de la alberca, esto para que como huésped puedas preeverlo e ir preparado (se requiere el uso de gorro y no lo supimos hasta el momento de querer usarla)

A beautiful getaways in modern Mexico City.
Pros:

My 16yo son is enamored with panda express for Chinese fast food and when I saw this offered location on booking with a panda express location in front of the building. I knew I had no choice. We were looking for a location within walking distance to the US Embassy (about a mile away, felt very safe walking during the day and even at night. Lots of foot traffic and police present. There was a mall with many American type stores. We ate at a beautiful PF Chang restaurant there.

We had stayed at their Santa Fe location before when we went to 6 flags and the zoo last year.

The building was immaculate. Clean and safe. The employees were courteous and professional. Easy access (3 elevators) for guests to get in and out (cannot use the elevator up without key card)

The giant indoor pool (swimming cap required) was well maintained and just the right temperature. There was also a leisure room with a billiar table. I started teaching my son to play pool and it has been a wonderful father and son bonding time. We didn't use the gym.

Anyway, check in time is 4pm. We booked the room the same day and received immediate information via emails as we were driving in from Puebla Mexico.

The place was just as inviting and offered extreme warmth as you entered. We booked the 2 bedrooms (king & queen beds 1 in each). The beds had plenty of pillows. The sheets were clean and felt new. Felt cozy and high quality.

Every amenities available. Cold refrigerator, oven and microwave. Plenty of clean thick fresh bath towels.

We explored the surrounding areas on foot for 3 days. Plenty of Korean restaurants. We ate at 1 and also a Vietnamese (Pho King). My favorite was an Italian hole in the wall location. Delicious pizzas and pastas.

About 9 Starbucks locations and plenty of famous café and bakeries type hangout places too. 3 food delivery services.

Overall, I would stay here without question and would highly recommend.
