Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Keine Klobürste im Bad. Klospülung generell wenig Druck. Dusche ebenso.

Pros:

Suite à un premier séjour de 5 nuits en janvier, nous sommes repassés par Mexico en février et avons choisi à nouveau cet hôtel car calme, reposant et particulièrement bien situé dans le centre historique. Personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner, surface des chambres appréciable.

Cons:

L'éclairage des chambres et des parties communes mériterait d'être amélioré.

Pros:

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Especially Luze at front desk.

Cons:

Very small bathroom. Lack of variety for breakfast, food not hot. Steps not marked near front door.

Très bien situé pour découvrir Mexico, calme et propre
Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique de Mexico, propreté, gentillesse du personnel, calme du quartier et de l'hôtel , surface des chambres, petit déjeuner copieux, cuisine à disposition ( même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée).

Cons:

Pas de lampes de chevet, pas de patère pour vêtements dans la salle de bain, gaspillage de papier hygiénique ( nouveau rouleau chaque matin alors que le précédent était à peine entamé).

La struttura era pulita e con un’ottima posizione rispetto al centro

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato due camere e una non c’era perché l’hotel era al completo. Purtroppo non hanno trovato una soluzione ad un problema che dipendeva da loro , offrendo soltanto un rimborso per la camera che non c’era, senza trovare una soluzione per riproteggere gli ospiti che si sono trovati la sera alle 22.30 senza una camera. Come si può immaginare questo ci creato non pochi problemi per trovare una soluzione in autonomia a quell’ora di notte per permettere alle due persone che erano con noi di trovare una camera in un altro hotel. Inoltre solo il responsabile parla inglese, che però non era presente in struttura. Gli altri alla reception solo spagnolo e questo in un albergo è inaccettabile per chi dovrebbe fare “accoglienza “ . Ho fatto questo mestiere per diversi anni in Italia e devo dire che come cliente mi sono sentita totalmente abbandonata. L’overbooking succede purtroppo ed è comprensibile, ma è un disagio per il cliente, e come tale si deve cercare di aiutarlo a trovare una soluzione, non soltanto offrendo un rimborso e rimbalzando il problema a chi ha prenotato .
Peccato perché l’albergo ha un ottima posizione e le camere sono pulite, il concetto di “accoglienza e cura del cliente “ non è però per niente contemplato purtroppo. Non abbiamo mai fatto colazione che era compresa nel prezzo perché ci siamo sempre alzati troppo presto.

Great location, welcoming staff, good value.
Pros:

The location was great, quiet but walking distance to the Zocalo and surrounding sites. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.Lovely shower, room size was fine. Ample breakfast and free tea/coffee and chilled drinking water (not in plastic bottles ❤️) 24 hours a day.. Recommend a drink in the old cantina at the end of the road too!

Cons:

Our room had big windows directly opposite the kitchen and public area so if we wanted any privacy we had to draw the curtains. We were out most of the time though so didn’t matter to much

A nice,clean,comfy hotel with great breakfasts in really great area.
Pros:

Very nice hotel,lovely old building and very comfy beds.The staff work very hard,they never stop.The breakfast is amazing,cooked Mexican and cereal,yoghurt and waffles if not to your liking.We don’t do Uber,so asked the staff to book us a taxi to the airport,which they kindly did.The young man stood outside the door with us till it came,to make sure we got into the correct and safe car.This was much appreciated,Thankyou.

Cons:

A better light is needed in the breakfast area.Not sure how to buy anything from the little shop.Prices put on items and a money box would have been better.

Perfect base in the heart of the city
Pros:

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—just two blocks from the Zócalo and very close to both the bus stop and metro station, which made getting around super easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was yummy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would happily stay here again.

Pros:

L’hotel è vicinossimo al centro, le camere sono essenziali , ma pratiche. Avrei voluto dare un voto più alto, ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto il problema dell’ fredda in doccia , che abbiamo palesato , ma che poi non hanno sistemato. Peccato!

Hotel perfecto si no es invierno
Pros:

El hotel es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, luminoso, limpio, nuevo. Y tiene una ubicación estupenda. El desayuno está genial, todo muy rico y variado. Además, nos recibieron fuera de hora lo cual agradecemos mucho.

Cons:

Lo malo es que no hay calefacción. Hemos ido en Enero y no se llega a sentir confort total por el frío. Además, los desayunos son en el exterior lo cual hizo que tuviéramos que desayunar con abrigo.

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Un excelente lugar, muy bien ubicado y perfecto para descansar después de un día en la ciudad. El desayuno es realmente bueno y completo, y las habitaciones son cómodas, bonitas y siempre muy limpias. Además, el personal es sumamente atento y el servicio en general destaca por su calidad. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Ciudad de México.
