在暖呼呼的地暖房裡，遇見了最貼心的幫忙
Pros:

這次在 벨라 레지던스 的住宿感受真的很好。想特別謝謝那天晚上遇到的女性員工，她真的好貼心，在我們旅程遇到難題時，二話不說就給了我們很多額外的協助，那種被照顧的感覺真的很窩心。

房間雖然不大，但設施很新很乾淨，尤其冬天的地暖非常舒服，每天回來都覺得很放鬆。飯店有地下停車場，對我們自駕的人來說非常方便。走路就能到鬧區逛街、覓食，位置剛剛好。謝謝你們給了我們一段這麼美好的回憶！

Overall, I didn't have any problems, enjoyed my stay there and would like to stay again, if needed.
Pros:

The location was convenient for me, parking was great, fridge was huge and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They have little kitchenette with great size of fridge but no utensils or pots or instructions how to get, not that I needed but it would have been nice to know.

Value for money
Pros:

Value for money in a very clean hotel in the central location. It’s a small hotel: comfortable for one person, and two people for a short stay (we stayed for two nights & would stay again).

Cons:

The bathroom is small but no problem, given the price of the hotel

員工們很熱心幫忙，即使大家語言不通，但都盡力提供協助。

免費停車場，離開停車場乘坐升坐升降機直到房間樓層，十分方便。

對我來說房間很舒適，地板會發暖，也有一個大露台，望到寬廣的風景。
廁所及淋浴室不大，但足夠。

每日有新的毛巾及樽裝水送到房間屋口。

酒店門口有兩間便利店。

Cons:

酒店提供的毛巾尺寸太少了。

入住期間，有一次員工入內清潔房間，扔掉了我的藥物。

Pros:

This was really one of the best places we stayed in Korea. The room was big enough. The view was great from 7th floor. The location is smack in the center of town and most of the places you want to visit are walking distance or the bus stop is right around the corner. The receptionist was super helpful and she even found us drying rack to bring to our room. The beds were comfortable and they had large towels. All in all a great choice.

Cons:

The breakfast was very, veeeeeery austere. Just a bit of toast, jam, hard boiled egg, coffee and juice.
