Pros:

- Das Frühstück war super lecker und frisch
- Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

- Die Junior Suite ist viel zu dunkel und laut. Es gibt keine Fenster und das Licht ist nicht wirklich hell. Wenn man in anderen Zimmer das heiße Wasser aufgedreht hat, wurde es bei uns richtig laut. Allgemein war es sehr hellhörig, wir haben den andern Gästen beim Schnarchen zugehört.
- Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen, aber hat uns nicht weiter gestört.

Pros:

The staff was incredible warm and attentive. There was a peaceful and serene atmosphere throughout the space and truly felt like a retreat in the middle of the city. I caught up on some much needed deep rest during my time there and would highly recommend.

Das Zimmer ist total dunkel. Man kann nur mit einer zusätzlichen Lampe lesen. Dur gehend auch nachts hört man die Wasserpumpe an und ausgehen. Frühstück nicht vor 8.30 möglich.

Pros:

Un hotel simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento se respira un ambiente exclusivo, íntimo y lleno de estilo. La arquitectura combina piedra natural, madera y detalles artesanales que crean una atmósfera elegante pero cálida.

Las zonas comunes son impresionantes: espacios abiertos con techos altos, ventiladores, iluminación tenue y una decoración cuidadosamente seleccionada. Cada rinc transmite un lujo discreto y muy bien cuidado.

La cocina es excelente, platos bien elaborados, sabores equilibrados y presentación impecable. Se nota la calidad y el cuidado en cada detalle.

El agua de la piscina y del jacuzzi exterior está perfecta, limpia, a temperatura ideal y muy agradable. Un verdadero placer para relajarse.

Las habitaciones son acogedoras, con una iluminación suave que invita al descanso absoluto. Todo transmite tranquilidad, privacidad y confort.

Sin duda, una experiencia de cinco estrellas que repetiría sin pensarlo.

Wonderful get away
Pros:

The property is located on a very quiet part of the city of Merida about 1.5 km walk to the downtown center. The room and atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. It makes you lose track of time, just to enjoy yourself.

This hotel in Merida will make you want to return pronto!
Pros:

The best and only place to stay in Merida! The staff is outstanding and we felt like extended family that had arrived to visit their cousins. The common areas are spectacular and filled with pools and trees. The beds are very comfortable and the showers work perfectly with an outdoors setting under the trees or the stars! The breakfasts were first rate and extremely fresh and abundant. We loved this hotel in Merida!

Tranquil and lush green property with the loveliest staff
Pros:

The property is so tranquil and feels like a haven from the city’s busyness. The onsen/warm pool is absolutely lovely. They also have the cutest cat family there with adorable little kittens.

In regard to staff, everyone we encountered were so attentive and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. But the highlight for us was this man who was the evening/night receptionist - he was so wonderful and friendly! He definitely made our day and night every time we saw him; an absolute gem!

Great stay and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel and bath spa. Great selection of massage services and a quiet yoga space. Pools and rooms were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Location is a bit of a walk/short uber to the main square. Nice for quiet from tourists but not in ideal location for easy walking.

Cons:

Grandi aspettative ahimè non corrisposte. All’ingresso della struttura si parte con un super wow a livello visivo-decorativo, col passare dei minuti però ci si rende conto di dettagli e elementi mal mantenuti e di bassa qualità dei materiali che ti danno piu un’idea di ostello che non ti boutique hotel. La camera da letto super deludente e mal organizzata. enorme ma spoglia. Ci sono finestre ovunque ma ahimè non tutte hanno le tende per evitare che entri la luce dalla mattina presto, durante la notte entrava una luce forte da una finestra senza tende che dava su un bagno con delle lucine accese. Camera totalmente oscura, aveva in totale 3 luci , tutte calde, che la sera illuminavano a malapena. Lavandino inutilizzabile, fatica a lavarsi i denti o sciacquarsi la faccia. Wifi non funzionante, inesistente ( consiglio acquistate Starlink, una struttura del genere non può non avere un internet decente ). Infine la colazione. Abbiamo aspettate 45 minuti per due piatti ed eravamo gli unici a far colazione. Ci fossero stati altri ospiti prima di noi avremmo passato ore. veramente troppo tempo ( viviamo in quintana roo, sappiamo che i lavoratori non sono velocissimi, è solo un appunto per cercar di render un servizio più agile ).
