plus qu'un hôtel, une maison d'hôtes extrêmement bien tenue, un peu à l'écart du centre (environ 10mn à pied). Le rapport qualité-prix est juste exceptionnel.

Un excellent séjour dans cette hospedaje charmante, avec un personnel au petit soin. Un bémol sur le lit un peu petit 130 ou 140..
On conseille tout de même cet endroit, à 15 min à peine du zocalo et de la station de bus Centro historico.

para quienes nos gusta lo sencillo, pero agradable, lo excelente sin que se deba ser ostentoso u popular. Super recomendable, sin duda, si regreso a Mérida, esta será mi primera opción. Un gusto saber, que en México hay personas que se esmeran por hacer cosas bonitas. SUPER RECOMENDABLE

El lugar se veía muy lindo, pero hubo un tema con el personal de recepción, no estuvieron listos para recibirme, me hicieron esperar 1 hora, los contacte y no recibí respuesta por lo que tuve que irme a otro lugar

Lovely peaceful stay, quiet area but easily walkable (10-12 mins) into the city centre.
Reception not always manned, so contact them in advance to tell them the time to greet you. All was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast choice from about 10 options cooked to order by a lovely lady.
Use of the fridge, cooker, microwave and coffee urn.

Mi experiencia fue extraordinaria , mi estancia fue muy placentera , me sentí como en casa con las atenciones tan increíbles de Anita y Martiita , el desayuno era delicioso y el hotel realmente hermoso , lo recomiendo ampliamente

Es un hotel pequeño pero confortable y esta cerca del centro.

Centrally located, attentive staff, unfortunately during our stay was heavy construction noise due to plumbing issues. Room doors are very thin you can hear every single sound from the other rooms making hard to get a good night sleep

This is similar to a bed and breakfast. Small & quaint. Not enough to do within walking distance.

We spent three nights, the room was very comfortable, bath facilities clean, although it took a bit of time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. Breakfast was very good, made to order from a good choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the central plaza. We did have a problem using our Apple devices with the WiFi. It could have been our fault because we electronically shared the password between our devices, laptops and phones, afterwards we couldn't access the internet because on each device we kept getting a warning that the device's IP address was being used by another device on the network. I would suggest manually entering the passwords on all your devices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Merida.

Everyone was so nice and the place was so beautiful

It is a quaint property with friendly staff but it should be listed as a bed & breakfast instead of hotel. It felt more like a refurbished house. Plus, we discovered a significant ant problem. If you want an authentic, local experience, this property is for you.

La propiedad en general esta en buenas condiciones. Atendieron mi solicitud de una plancha y una secadora de manera amable. Lo malo es que caminando no está cerca al zocalo. Al menos son 22 minutos a pie y al paseo Montejo caminando igual. En taxi o auto estos dos puntos estan a menos de 10 minutos.
El dia que llegué no habia quien atendiera y no me dijeron cual era mi habitación y les marqué y nadie contesto y tampoco al dia siguiente tuvieron la amabilidad de preguntar si todo estaba bien.
Las sabanas estaban manchadas, lo que daba un mal aspecto. La regadera, se llegaba a tapar y el agua no se iba. Habia hormigas, entiendo que sea el tipo de clima y propiedad, pero no era cómodo al momento de dormir.
Solicité me cambiaran las toallas y no lo hicieron.
Hay muchos aspectos a mejorar.

We had a lovely stay. The room was charming and very comfortable, especially the bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff was just so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples.

Muy amables, es sencillo, pero bonito y limpio!

Es la mejor opción para hospedarse en Merida y sentirse a gusto como en casa.

Las habitaciones super comodas, la cocina la cual puedes utilizar para cocinar tus platillos y salir a la alberca a comer, la atencion de Shrirley y Martha, indiscutible, súper atentas y serviciales. Super amables y accesible en todo.

Espero ponto regresar para ocupar todas las habitaciones con la familia :)
