Nothing rude staff horrible service
I found this hotel on Booking.com and made a reservation. Once I arrived and checked in, I immediately realized that the room was nothing like what I had reserved. It was a complete misrepresentation.
One of the main reasons I booked the room was because it included air conditioning, which is absolutely essential in this heat. But when I got there, the AC was completely broken, and the room was unbearable.
I politely tried to resolve the situation and asked to cancel the rest of the stay so I could find other accommodations. I was even willing to pay for one night just to make things fair and not leave anyone at a loss. In return, they denied me a full refund, denied a partial refund—denied everything.
There was absolutely no communication or attempt to understand my concerns. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior from any hotel staff before. It's honestly shocking how someone in the hospitality business could act with such disregard for basic decency and respect.
Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience.

no breakfast was serve and it advertise a parking lot and when we arrive we had to pay for parking so it had no parking lot the room had no windows
Close to the beach!
The stuff didn’t give the room key by the time we arrived but they open the door for us very kindly! The problem came after we were getting back from dinner! We ask for the key and the gentleman told us that he was trying to get it ! So another guess get in the conversation and told us to take our stuff out of the room because that room was he’s! So I just told him to please talk to the hotel staff because I was not going to do that SO he decided to wait until med night to give the key back and until then I was able to use my room ! We were very tired coming from another trip and it was very unhappy ☹️
A great stay for the price. We stayed in the suite, which was a large space with a private porch area, and a king size bed..well worth the price. Staff was courteous and friendly..

If you’re looking for fancy this wouldn’t be the place for you. But if all you need is a place to sleep and shower, then sure. No shower curtain and no hot water in room 208.
The internet was so bad,to noise also rooms don’t look like the same has the pictures from the app,very small rooms and stuff doesn’t help much
