Cons:

Al hacer el check in, el recepcionista nos trató como de favor. 0 cordialidad. La localización (5ª Avenida) hace q no puedas descansar temprano.

Muy deteriorado, nadi me supo decir como funcionaban los controles de la tv. Penalizacion si no entregaba el cuarto a las 12 pm y si dejaba el equipaje en recepción, también había penalizacion, muy cerrados.

The guy on reception was friendly & helpful but that is about it.

I booked this property based on the photos and description on Booking.com, which indicated a clean, well-maintained sea-front accommodation. Unfortunately, the reality was very different and this should not be rated at 5 stars!!
The room was in poor and unhygienic condition, including rust, missing tiles, dirty floors and unclean towels. The pool area appeared unsafe and resembled a building site. The promised sea-front view was not provided, and the overall condition of the property was old and neglected compared to the listing images.
I raised these concerns and provided evidence, but the property has ignored all correspondence. Booking.com issued a small wallet credit of £15 as a goodwill gesture, which I declined, as it does not reflect the seriousness of the issues experienced. I also offered extensive photographic evidence. However, I was never asked to submit this evidence, and the matter was not reviewed with reference to the actual condition of the accommodation.
I would advise future guests to review recent photos carefully and manage expectations before booking.

J'ai réservé une suite junior et on m'a donné initialement une petite chambre très sale avec des vitres très sales. J'ai du insister pour dire que j'ai payé pour une suite junior pour avoir une chambre un petit mieux mais celle ci est un peu plus propre mais par contre elle a des odeurs de toilette qui remontent et arrivent dans la chambre.

Nada!!! Estuvo pésimo! La recepcionista peleándose con el novio en la madrugada haciendo un show.

En el baño había mosquitos pequeños, debajo de la cama había una cucaracha, yo me quejé en la recepcion y ahí me comentan que hiciera la queja en la app para mi reembolso, ya que ya no me quede las demás noches, no se queden porfavor, si hagan caso a todos los demás comentarios. Pésimo servicio
