Colima 71 exceeded our expectations. The location, staff, aesthetics, the breakfast, the rooms all were fantastic.
The rooms are large, have balconies, they serve breakfast to the room, share suggestions on WhatsApp and very helpful.
It’s definitely more suitable for adults looking for a relaxing experience.

ROBBED of $10k worth of items. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Left for a night out and laptops, etc stolen.

DO NOT STAY OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED. My wife and I were having a great stay until we went out one night to a concert and came to find several value items missing, including two work laptops, diamond earings, a handbag, airpods, etc. The hotel was understanding at first, but tried their hardest to make sure there was no police report. Then when we got back from Mexico sent a note that they "reviewed the footage" and didn't find anything. They also mentioned my wife looked unstable which is ridiculous. This was $10k+ worth of items, including laptops with sensitive data.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel is new and modern and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is fresh and delicious and the downstairs lounge offers a fun space to have a drink and relax. Would give more than 5 stars it that was an option.

Colima 71 has been my best hotel experience so far. I only wish they had one in every city I travel to.
