NO HABÍA AGUA
Cons:

Estuvimos dos noches y una de ellas no hubo agua por la noche y en la mañana no había agua caliente para bañarnos. A lo que la recepción respondió “no sabemos cuándo volverá el agua”. Lamentable que no tengan los servicios BÁSICOS de un hotel. Intentamos pedir un reembolso por una noche y el alojamiento no accedió. Buena experiencia con Booking que nos dio una compensación. Triste por el alojamiento que no se hacen responsables.

Cons:

La atención a los perritos, nos dieron una cama rota y un plato de unicel para su agua y comida.
Mi perrita prefirió dormir en el piso.

Hotel increíble para parejas y familias
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias. Cuentan con internet en las instalaciones y la televisión es de tipo Smart.

La tina es cómoda y se llena rápidamente, cuenta con agua caliente.

El bar del piso 7 es excelente , tiene un amplio menú de bebidas y la comida también es muy buena, además de tener una vista increíble.

Cons:

Que no haya conocido el hotel antes, es una excelente opción si viajas en pareja.

The hotel has convenient parking, spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, a great breakfast menu and a beautiful bar but the best by far is the service of its friendly and attentive staff. Yvette, Mayra, Pablo, Cristopher and Daniel made us feel at home and took great care of us.
