This place is amazing! Located a short distance outside Oaxaca City, it offers a quieter, more serene experience while still being close to all of the attractions. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always responsive to any of our requests, including helping to arrange transport to both the city and the airport. The beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the courtyard offers ample opportunities to relax and enjoy the experience.

La ubicación del hotel cercano a Oaxaca capital y al pie del inicio de la sierra, nos dió la oportunidad de descansar en habitaciones silenciosas y amplias durante la noche y durante el día, de sentarse a disfrutar de plática y una buena taza de café en sus terrazas y hasta de caminar por el huerto.
Todo simpre lleno de colores y olores que caracterzan a Oaxaca y que llenan los sentidos.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Loved the agua fresca. The grounds are beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful. Fernando and Fernanda could not have been more lovely and attentive. They arranged for a taxi, helped us with laundry, and are always available to help or assist. We enjoyed them both very much.
It would be great if there was screens on at least a few of the windows. We wanted to open the windows at night for cross ventilation but couldn’t because of the mosquitoes. A few hooks to hang bath towels. These are incredibly minor things, and are meant as suggestions for possible improvements. I would stay again in a heartbeat and plan on returning!
Beautiful place, loved the gardens, the pool area, the views of the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, the solar powered shower nice and hot. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended.

De accommodatie en omgeving komen niet overeen met foto’s en omschrijving. Muskieten, geen comfort, herrie in de omgeving. Ontvangst onvriendelijk. Ligging ten opzichte van stad en bezienswaardigheden.

Nos hemos enamorado de este lugar desde el primer momento. Huayápam Yu’ú Lodge es un pequeño oasis rodeado de naturaleza donde todo transmite calma y armonía. Cada rincón está cuidado al detalle y se nota el cariño con el que los propietarios han creado este espacio, son increíblemente amables, atentos sin invadir, siempre disponibles y con una calidez humana que hace que te sientas realmente bienvenida.
El entorno es un remanso de paz lleno de vegetación, silencio y color, ideal para desconectar y reconectar contigo misma. Las habitaciones tienen ese encanto artesanal que solo encuentras en un hotel boutique auténtico, con detalles que cuentan una historia y un ambiente íntimo y acogedor.
Además tienen un restaurante precioso integrado en la naturaleza, discreto y tranquilo, donde se come de maravilla tanto en el desayuno como en la comida, todo riquísimo y preparado con un gusto exquisito que acompaña perfectamente la experiencia del lugar.
Ha sido una de las estancias más especiales del viaje, un refugio para descansar de verdad. Si buscas tranquilidad, autenticidad y un lugar donde todo está hecho con mimo, este alojamiento es un regalo y volvería sin dudarlo
The grounds are beautiful and the people are wonderful. I love the room, the shower, and the kitchenette. The kitty cat was cute.
The only thing that I think would improve the property is some comfortable seating: lounge chairs, hammocks, or some good reading chairs.
Exceptional accommodations, staff, cleanliness, food, massage, pool, and more! The Huayapam Yuu Lodge is an absolute wonderful place to spend a few days or a few weeks. Super helpful and friendly staff -- they made me feel like this was my home away from home! I highly recommend!
