I am very disappointed that I booked this hotel. I felt unsafe and I decided to book another hotel at a different place. This is not a family hotel.

Cons:

Hotel is more like a motel and it feels unsafe and not clean.

El servicio en general está bien y la propiedad es promedio. Para llegar sólo a dormir está excelente si no eres de sueño ligero, pues se oyen muchos ruidos del exterior. Procura llegar temprano, pues la zona aledaña tiene finta de no ser muy segura. Algo que tampoco nos gustó a mi pareja y a mí fue que nos llamaron de la recepción a la 1:00 am (quizá para avisarnos que teníamos que desalojar, aunque habíamos pagado la noche completa) y ya no pudimos conciliar el sueño bien.

Pros:

It's proximity to the Northern bus station in Mexico city, where public transportation departs towards Teotihuacan. archaeological site.

Cons:

It's actually a Motel, no chance to checkout and leave our bags in in a safe place while visiting Teotihuacan so we had to pay for 6 extra hours of room rental.
