La verdad quedamos encantados con el hotel. Todos fueron muy amables y atentos, y todo estaba muy limpio. El hotel tenía un olor muy agradable. La verdad sí lo recomiendo para quedarse. En nuestras próximas vacaciones volveremos a escoger este hotel
La verdad no tengo ninguna queja de este hotel, tiene todo. Quedamos muy satisfechos con la atención, la limpieza y la comodidad. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Maybe looking into switching mops- both my room and my mother’s smelled like dirty mop upon our arrivals. Other than that everything was great.
La atención del personal es excepcional. Las instalaciones están espectaculares y la ubicación es excelente. Cerca de la zona viva de Guadalajara y perfectamente comunicado para ir a cualquier punto de interés. Sin duda es recomendable y, por supuesto, regresaré.

Staff was exceptional! Usually we find hotel restaurants to be subpar for orher options in the area. Quite to the contrary the restaurant was excellent. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left 3 days later, we had a wonderful experience with the hotel, its facilities and the wonderful staff. We have been to Guadalajara many times over the past 15 years,but this time our accomodation exceeded our expectations.
It was immaculate! The service was 10/10 and the breakfast…. INCREDIBLE.
I wish there were better views, but just not possible with the location.

Our stay at Origen 438 Luxury Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional, highlighted by some of the nicest and most attentive staff we have ever interacted with. Our room was impeccable, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, while the spa provided a deeply relaxing experience that made it easy to unwind. To top it all off, dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was the best meal we had in Guadalajara, making our entire visit unforgettable.

The location was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel felt like a museum. It was beautifully set up. The restaurant was also great, with amazing cocktails.
Hopefully this is limited to my room but my AC unit was dripping water. The unit was above the closet so you can hear the water dripping very loudly which made sleeping hard. I told the hotel about the issue a few times which they tried to fix but it kept happening.
I also didn’t like that the elevator doesn’t go to the 3rd floor. I had a big luggage and taking that up and down a set of stairs was not fun.
