There is no elevator to the 3rd floor
Excelente ubicación cerca de todo en el mero centro de la ciudad, fácil ubicar tiendas y restaurantes, seguro para salir de noche a caminar, su personal siempre atento, su restaurante al aire libre también muy cómodo así como sus desayunos muy variados y ricos, el hotel muy bonito su decoración, y sus instalaciones y habitaciones muy cómodas,
lo unico que le agregaria seria que tuvieran un area tipo de trabajo con equipo de computo disponible e impresion.
Todo estuvo excepcional, desde la atención hasta la comodidad de la habitación. Los desayunos estuvieron deliciosos y las cortesías igual. El café de cápsula de la habitación estuvo delicioso. Sin duda regresaría.

The location was great, very close to el centro. Also I have stayed in many hotels in Guadalajara and it can be difficult to find one that is truly quiet. This one was extremely quiet with no outside noise of any sort. It was 5 star with what you expect when you pay for 5 star.
The only problem we had was with the lights in our room. There was a malfunction with the automatic lights that you slide your key card into but problem was promptly resolved.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me set up the TV channel so that I could watch the World Cup football games:) the room is no doubt clean and comfortable, and I want to mention the restaurant in the hotel. You should try their food at least once. It’s high quality and the price is very reasonable. You will get a complimentary drink upon your arrival. I must say they make a mean Mojito, so good I ordered another one the second day:) and their coffee and teas are all high quality 👍. Guadalajara is a great city to visit. I do wish I spoke Spanish as I have this strong feeling I could have known better the culture of this city which has a strong soul of its own.
I must say the WiFi connection in my room. I think it might be because my room is far from the router. I needed to be in the resting area on the third floor to get a good connection. But the resting area is very well decorated and quiet, so I don’t complain.
