Pros:

Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. This made the experience extra special and effortless. We have never felt more relaxed on a holiday.
We are a family of 5 Aussies with three young daughters. First time in Tulum and loved everything it had to offer.
The only downside was ‘seaweed season’ The ocean wasn’t what we were expecting, however having the pool right on the sand more than made up for it.
The villas are in a perfect location, great food and coffee all around.

Can’t wait for our next trip!

Relaxing girls trip with perfect private beach
Pros:

The location is excellent…right in the heart of many restaurants and shops and the beach is very private with plenary of room for laying out on beach chairs or swimming. The villas are beautiful, spacious and AC works well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, housekeeping was excellent and the food from the beach hut was great. The access to SAPs, boogie boards and kayaks was fun. The beds could be more comfortable and it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the master of casa mandala.

Cons:

There were a few birthday surprises where the beans were spilled to the birthday guest. Hosts didn’t seem to get the concept of a surprise. Everything still worked out lovely, despite it no longer being a surprise.
