Stay was great. A few shortcomings but I would stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and decor. Truly an oasis in the middle of the city. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Good breakfast. Street parking was always available. Good location. Short drive to most areas of town.

Cons:

Slow wi-fi. Bugs in room. Hot water runs out and looses pressure after about 20 minutes.

I would happily stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff very accommodating

Loud music from nearby establishment was occasionally disturbing, making it hard to concentrate on other activities eg.reading etc.

Best Hotel in Yucatán
Pros:

Das beste Hotel, das wir in Mexico hatten. Mit wunderschönem Garten, Pool und grossen, sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Wir waren begeistert. Danke an Carlos und sein Team.

Kleine wunderschöne Oase.
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne klein Oase in guter Lage. Voller liebevoller Details wo man hinsieht. Alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestalten
Kunst an jedem Eck und in jeder Nische.
Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein direktes Fenster zum Innenhof. Auch Familien mit
Kindern waren falsch platziert. Genau gegenüber von unserem Zimmer war ein schöner kleiner Pool, der schon früh von lauten Kindern besetzt war- obwohl das Hotel noch einen sehr schönen zweiten Pool nur etwa 10 Schritte weiter in dem sehr schön und liebevoll angelegten Garten hatte.

Worth the stay!
Pros:

An oasis in the city. Really wonderful hospitality and care. Everything is was as expected and communication was great. Good breakfast too.

We only stayed a night and did not notice anything we could improve.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, la piscina y la atención del personal. Además hay café y agua siempre disponible. No hay aparcamiento pero se puede aparcar en la misma calle.

Cons:

Añadiría un armario y espejo en la habitación. El desayuno es básico pero hecho en el momento.

Great stay, centrally located, amazing staff.
Pros:

Centrally located and very helpful hotel staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help us organize a ride back to the airport, but as we had a car rental, it wasn't needed, but it was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The WiFi signal was weak; they need to invest in signal repeaters throughout the hotel, especially for the rooms at the far end of the property.
