Lack of human contact for any help or quick need.
Unfortunate accidental (sewage?) water spill from room 2 to kitchen and patio left kitchen smelly. Guest of room #2 had to dry clothes on the patio chairs… they could have been offered a laundry service?
I was quoted approximately $1800 for 5 nights (room#7). Out of the initial itinerary I required an extra portable bed, a “stretcher” for an extra guest that was not to share my bed. I asked for a room with two beds but I was given the only option of paying $750 for one night on a lesser room (#3), which has an interior window right to inside kitchen cooking/washing area! that cannot be locked closed and anyone can slide it open and look at the entrance of room #3 which has its main access through the outside patio door which got locked by a bolt/latch from inside the house, leaving the guest in #3, locked in.
Later, I requested to extend my stay for one more night, which was denied. It was a surprise to me, once I changed my flight, to get multiple offers to extend my stay there or somewhere else… like hearing a bot telling me a bit too late, on my departure day, that I could do what I had been denied to do… stay longer.
Then a couple of details: the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. The top step of the stairs has a tripping misalignment (hazard) that almost made me fall all the way down.
The customer support system didn’t provide the right access code to the front door for my guest on room #3… the one given didn’t work, fortunately, when the guest arrived, I was able to open the street door for this person. Obviously we requested a new code that actually worked but never arrived.
Then the electronic lock on my door (room #7) didn’t work.
Fortunately I had the standard mechanical key.
I hope this extended feedback helps you. The place is nice, I was given a good offer by Bookings and I’ll keep it on my list of preferred options.

Abit far from everything

Very bad customer service.
The power energy, water service and WiFi did not work for around 10hrs. The staff did not offer an actual solution until the next day. And when I try to reach them via the service number they gave me they did’t answered. Was very hard to communicate with the staff.

Right when we checked in my pillows had a ton of someone else’s hair in them. The bathroom had the most terrible smell to it. It reeked of rotten fish and stunk up the whole room. The shower drain was clogged and we could barely shower without overflowing it, but I believe this is where the smell came from. A few hours after check in we ran out of power for an entire 12 hours at night with no light (the only building on the block) and the water stopped working. There is no staff there to help the the owners were not very responsive.

When I entered the room I realized that it has not been cleaned. As nobody answered me on the emergency contact number provided by booking I had to sleep in used bedsheets. The next day I met the cleaning staff and she told me that she could not clean the room because the electricity had been gone the evening before. She also told me that there were clean rooms available. I would only have needed the access code to another room but as nobody answered me at night I was trapped in the dirty one. I did not even get my money back. The customer service just stopped answering me after telling me that they would “check what has happened”. I complained via booking and received the answer that the location would have refused the refund and that they won’t be able to help me.
0/10! If you can, go somewhere else.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean when I arrived. It also looked like someone slept on the bed. There were some hairs on the sheets. The room was really small and I had no blind for the glass door.
