Las Palomas 5-Star Resort

Everything was fine from the pools to the beach
The rooms were really nice we will go back to las palomas

We loved the place but was disappointed. Our first day there the room was super hot I mean hot. The ac was off in the room and took for ever to cool down the condo then the beds would sink in if you laid in them. The living room couch /bed the same problem. The cleaning lady did not clean the bathroom room she literally just passed a dirty rag and called it good. I was so disappointed in our stay. Went to the second phase to let them know about our situation and they said that they would send somebody to clean, but ever showed up went to the second phase also to go eat at the restaurant. I think it’s called a cactus or something and the waiter was rude, and our food was averaging about $140 plus and to get a waiter who was rude and just unpleasant was just not a great experience. We had heard amazing things about this place but it just was not for us. Would go back but stay probably at a in town motel for the $1000 spent to stay at this place I rather get a motel!

I liked that there was a store and restaurants so you didnt have to leave the property if you didnt want to. I didnt like the room. The walls were dirty and the shower was broken. The sinks in the master room were too high and the toilets were too small as in low. We were not given ample amount of time notice that the water was gonna get shut off. Why would you shut the water off at check out hours? No response when i tried to contact customer service. Room did not hav eexhaust fans so everything stayed wet after showers. Door to patio was broken. Hard to open and close.

This was my family‘s first time driving to los Palomas in Mexico, however, the accommodations, the dining options, the professional customer service, and the ease of getting around the facility, beach, and the entire grounds was seamless. The up-to-date and furnished condo was more than sufficient and met our needs. My wife and I look forward to returning here in the near future for yet another stay.

The taxis charge a LOT of money, 2 minute ride 10 dollars the minute, 20 dollars for a 2 minute ride, not worth it, just that, if it wasnt for that it would be a 5/5

Unfortunately the unit we stayed at this year was not as expected; the sliding doors were almost impossible to open and close, towel hooks were off the walls, and the appliances old. The AC made a huge noise. It was disappointing. Opalo D905 owner/s please upgrade to the 5 star resort standards.

The pools were beautful. The beds were soft and clean.

Didn’t meet expectations. I was disappointed in restaurant availability. Staff rude

Had to call the front desk 5 times to fix various issues in the room. TV’s weren’t hooked up and the shower didn’t get hot. They had a lot of silly rules at the pool area. The price you pay to go here no one should be watching you and your family like a hawk saying what you can and can’t do the whole time. Pools are nice and beach access is easy. All and all I would never stay here again.

This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!

The resort and what it offers is fantastic, although room B502 needs a new mattress and couch. Very uncomfortable, but if you drink enough tequila it won’t matter anyways.

Everything about my trip was perfect except booking with Expedia. When I arrived to check in, there was no reservation even though I was charged.

We loved this resort. The view from our room was spectacular and visible from most rooms as well as the large deck.The kids were kept busy with the beach and various pools. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely come back.

We came here for a 27th wedding anniversary and everything was amazing just perfect. Food was great. Temperature was awesome. Everything was just as we expected even better.

Property is good overall. The beds could be better though. They seem and feel too weak and squeak a lot but good overall.

Great safe place to stay. The pool is incredible and the ocean amazing.

We had an amazing time despite the hurricane that kept us in our room most of the day on Sunday. But it was still awesome because we were there with family who took a 12 hour bus with two little ones to meet us in Sonora. They said it was welworth the bus ride to get there. The hotel was very clean and we had plenty of towels.
And the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking.
