El peor hotel en el que me he quedado.
Pros:

Para empezar se supone que use mis puntos del programa rewards para pagar mi noche y no fue así.
Al llegar me dieron una habitación sumamente fea y vieja, tenía televisión de las viejas obvio no funcionaba el wc no funcionaba bien y tiraba mucha agua lo tenia que estar arreglando yo para poder usarlo, las cortinas eran tan justas que con el ventilador se movían tanto que se veía todo desde afuera y justo frente a nuestra habitación (ventana) estaban unas personas bebiendo y aunque no hacían ruido fue muy incomodo.
Pedí que me hicieran un cambio de habitación con aire acondicionado y el señor que nos recibió nos dijo que el no sabía nada que las personas que podían hacer eso no estaban y que no le respondían llamadas. Para continuar los colchones son muy viejos y muy duros al igual que las almohadas y en el caso de mi colchón los resortes salían tanto que hasta me lastimaron y no pude descansar. La habitación estaba sucia.

Hay muchas oportunidades de mejora.
Pros:

El señor que nos recibió se portó muy grosero al inicio y no sabe como funcionan las reservaciones a través de la app. Le bajó después. La habitación que nos dieron tenía un ventilador de techo que no servía y morimos de calor toda la noche.

Pros:

Muy amables, pero le falta mantenimiento, la limpieza no es tan rigurosa pero no huelen feo las habitaciones, los espacios están muy proporcionales y las camas bien.
