perfect location in zone rosa with walking distance to Roma and Condesa, as well as Centro. The apartments are spacious and nice and also quiet. Staff super accommodating.

Good location, but very noisy with neigbourhood bars. Bfast is barely average.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself looked nice and clean at first, but during my stay, three pieces of clothing went missing from my room. We searched everywhere and could not find them. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised and there was no apology or sense of concern. It felt as though this was not taken seriously at all, which was very upsetting.

Losing personal belongings while staying at a hotel is stressful enough, but the lack of professionalism and empathy from the front desk made it worse. I expected at least an apology or some effort to investigate the situation, but that did not happen.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Guests should feel safe and confident that their belongings are secure, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Amberes 64, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr. Aldaiv Pena at the reception!
From the moment we arrived, Mr. Pena was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. What truly stood out was his personalized attention — he made us feel valued and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
He went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was resolving any issue quickly and efficiently or handling special requests, he did so with confidence and a warm smile. Most impressively, he was able to secure exclusive, last-minute reservations for us, including at some of the most sought-after and exclusive restaurants. His connections and dedication truly elevated our entire experience.
Mr. Pena’s exceptional service, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay unforgettable. Hotel Amberes 64 is incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding representative at the front desk.

Worker tried to accuse me of asking for sex after trying to give her a $10 tip after she gave me new towels for my room. Kicked out after being seen on camera going to ask for towels and then going to my room with an open door and not even seen talking. A screen shot that says on Google Translate that I want sex which was not written by me.

It’s in the center of zona Rosa . Location is perfect if you’re looking for Zona Rosa party vibes.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doorman helped us with our luggage and gave us an overview of everything in the room. There was even a personalized letter thanking us for our stay which was a nice touch. The location was very walkable and the metro was only a few minutes from the hotel as well. Mini marts, bars and restaurants were abundant. Centrally located to all the main attractions .

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint is the noise from local clubs, which was resolved with hotel provided ear plugs. The manager said the have quieter rooms in a different section of the hotel. So that is something to ask for when you make a reservation. The place was SPOTLESS and the bed very comfortable.
