Très propre et très bien équipé. Bien placé poiur visiter le centre.

Very comfortable hotel and in a great location to get around Mexico City.
Pros:

Centrally located and easy to get around.

Cons:

Mi peor experiencia en hotel de la historia.
El personal es super irrespetuoso, nos hicieron sentir como criminales porque la toalla de secarnos las manos estaba ligeramente sucia, extendiéndola en el lobby mientras nos exigían explicaciones, como para avergonzarnos en público según ellos. Además nos amenazaron con acusarnos con el supervisor por esto. Al fin todo esto para usarlo de excusa para retenernos depósito. A partir del día que encontraron toalla ligeramente sucia, nos continuaron dejando toallas sucias en la habitación. Especialmente extraño fue el comportamiento de una de las personas de la recepción con nosotros, nos trató mal desde la primera interacción. Todo este episodio fue súper inusual y extraño, nunca había experimentado algo así en ningún hotel.
En tres noches no pudimos dormir, el ruido de las discos de enfrente entra directo a las habitaciones y no se puede bloquear ni con tapones en los oídos. El ruido se detiene todos los días a las 5 am.
Mi recomendación es evitar este lugar, no vale la pena experimentar este trato por más bajo que sea el precio

Noise from bar and nightclub in front

The room is nice and spacious.

Cons:

The noise … there is a bar and a nightclub just in front that put music all night until 7 in the morning. We had a room on the top floor that was supposed to be calm and were listening to loud music all night. Even on Sunday night. The kind of noise that prevents you from sleeping.
