Good, clean and comfortable for the price

Nice place to stay

Nice stay! Easy check in. Helpful, Breakfast, like the desk chair and lamp. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker. This room and stay had everything I needed and wanted in a hotel. Thank You!

First they “lost” my paid for reservation despite showing them the receipt of purchase and credit card withdrawal. They then “offered” me the option to pay again for the only room they had left, which was a smoking room. The room (and whole floor) smelled horrible. Everything in the room was yellow from cigarette smoke. Multiple used matches littered the floor, which was filthy with dust. When we pulled back the supposedly clean sheets, there was BLOOD on the sheets. We immediately left the entire facility. The only good thing was the moment we showed the front desk clerk a picture of the blood on the sheets he gave us the money back for the room and understood why we were leaving. I’m still left to argue over the cost of the first room we booked, which still has not been refunded.

The room had an unusual odor. By morning i had a bad sinus headache. I don't know if it was pet odor or something someone tried to clean with or both.

The staff is exceptionally caring and helpful. We stay here every time we go to Iowa because of the friendliness. Jacob has always went above and beyond. We met Keith and Nathan this time. Very helpful as well. See you next week

The property was not well maintained very dirty and stinking pretty bad as you came in as well as the back door has no security as the latch does not go shut at night so the building itself is not a secure building we have stayed in several smaller motels on route 66 wish you would think would be not so nice but this place makes them look like a castle the tub was so dirty that you couldn't even stand in it to take a shower it had broken out on the side and they had removed the stopper so you couldn't fill it with water and flood the bathroom the curtains were torn and there was no iron in the holder above the ironing board the carpets appeared to be dirty the couch in the room was so bad that we didn't even want to sit on it we said on the coffee table because it was a hard surface for the cost of this room we expected much more than what we got and would not recommend it to anyone they're continental breakfast was pathetic this being a Wyndham hotel they should send an inspector out there because if they seen the shape that it was in they would pull their endorsement of this hotel as we pulled around from the main entrance to the back door to her room we noticed at least four rooms had cats sitting in the window on the first floor we felt like we were spending the night in an animal shelter that wasn't kept very clean the smell of litter boxes was terrible

Bed was to hard for some one who has had major back surgery. Other than that nice place to stay and very quiet . Close to eating places .

Randomly stopped there. Got a 2 bed room for a hundred bucks. A Braums fresh market was right next to it. The room was clean and the staff kind and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better spur of the moment stay. It was better than most of our planned stays at other places.

Stay was good until we had checked out and left. Got a phone call saying one towel was missing from our room. When husband called back they admitted they had wrong room #. Would have been nice if they had called and admitted mistake.

Can’t remember the guys name that worked the night shift (11 pm) was super friendly & helpful with our late check in. Older hotel but still in great shape and worth the booking. Soft bed & pillows If ever back in the area we will stay again

I wish that i would have known there was no pool.said it has been closed for two years but on the website still shows they have one.

The rooms was nice but one of.the reasons we.picked this place cause it said it had a.pool. front desk said it had been closed 2 years now.so maybe you should go on the web site and take it.off .or we would have stayed someone else.that way some.one.else does not book a.room and fimd.out they have no.pool.

Not fancy, needs some simple fixes, replace curtains, but had a good night sleep. Served its purpose. Great check in process and friendly staff.
