La ubicación buena, el servicio de limpieza malo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy céntrico para moverse a zonas como a Polanco, Condesa, Roma

Cons:

La habitación no la limpiaron todos los días, el baño no lo limpiaban ni reponen el jabón si se acaba. Había algunos días que volvía en la tarde a la habitación (5pm) y la cama todavía no estaba hecha.

Pros:

Super bonito. Arquitectura colonial típica de Latinoamérica. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y con mucho estilo.

Cons:

Confundieron nuestra habitación y nos dieron una de menor categoría. Aunque un día después nos acomodaron en otra que si correspondía a nuestra categoría.

Noisy stay with unhelpful staff until pushed to resolve the issue.
Pros:

Clean, nice decor

Cons:

Room was very noisy due to traffic and poor window insulation.

Staff initially refused to move me, saying the hotel was fully booked. When I pointed out available rooms on Booking.com, they claimed those were under maintenance. Only after I asked for a refund and insisted on a solution did a “last-minute cancellation” suddenly make a quiet room available.

Très joli bâtiment ……

Cons:

Très mauvais dès le départ….nous sommes arrivés à 14h,on nous a fait le Check in,sans problème,arrivé dans notre chambre on nous demande 100 pesos supplémentaire car nous avions une heure d’avance sur l’heure prévue d’arrivée….très moyen commercialement parlant….personnel très désagréable…nous avons eu un problème avec une poignée de porte électronique qui fonctionnait mal….aucune solution proposée….bref hôtel très très mal géré…., pas d’interlocuteur, ménage plus que moyen ( ne pas regarder sous les lits)et de plus très très bruyant car sur une rue passante avec des fenêtres pas du tout étanche….

It was pleasant stay, with few minor issues.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were clean. Location was great. Receptionist didn't speak English but he helped us as much as he could when we asked for it. He was very kind. There was bottled water every day, what we appreciated.

Cons:

Room was on the ground floor and pedestrians could peek inside, so we had to always had curtains pulled. And there was noise from the street but it is normal for a big city, so earplugs helped. Also, there is no option with breakfast for this hotel, which would be very helpful.

Lovely little corner from which to explore Bosque Chapultepec!
Pros:

This hotel is the perfect home base for all of the wonderful attractions in Chapultepec Forest. There are so many restaurants and food stands nearby. We were able to sample many different types of food (at very different price points). The hotel itself is lovely and well-appointed. When you get into the room, they have ear plugs (which we didn't need) and shoe mitts and sponges (which we definitely did need!). They also provide small water bottles each day, with more water and other beverages available for purchase. I'd definitely stay here again; the staff is helpful and gracious.

Cons:

The only possible negatives here are avoidable with some planning. It IS in a busy area (during the daytime; it quiets down at night) and the walls are thin so that when the cleaners start working, you can hear them. We're early risers but had brought white noisemakers that we could have used if we'd wanted a lie-in. Also, this has two floors above ground and no elevator, so if you cannot climb be sure to request a ground floor room. Location-wise, we had trouble finding a nearby ATM. These are very minor and, again, I'd be glad to rebook this hotel!

Noisy.
Pros:

Room was nice.

Cons:

We were in the street level, and there was a lot of noise coming from reception. Noise would come from conversations of other hosts in the lobby, with receptionist. The receptionist would some times play videos that one could hear from the room at late hours. Easiest fix for the hotel would be to install a door in the corridor leading to the rooms. Noise insulation is really bad. There was also noise from cars in the street. Toilet paper was not always refilled and had to ask explicitly.

1. It's proximity to my event place.
2. Availability of microwave but no microwave cover.
3. The TV connected to internet and provides opportunity to watch preferred program
4. Room is relative clean with enough bathroom gadgets.

Cons:

1. Inability of staff to communicate in English.
2. The working desk and the room are too small
3. Very noisy - people walking up and down all through the night and speaking loud making it difficult to sleep.
4. The entrance is not hotel like but more of individual apartment and guest needs to ring bell and wait
5. Lack of complementary service.
