Loved it so much we're going back!

The property is a gem in a great neighborhood. Convenient to the beach as well as to tons of great restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. This property, however, would not be good for anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs everywhere.

We only stayed one night. The area is loud with music at night, but this was expected. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and the little kitchen had all that you would need for dishes, appliances, etc. You check yourself in/out with lockboxes so we never saw any staff. Very convenient location right by the Los Muertos pier.

Easy to walk too restaurants and shopping. Downside can be loud at night.

Amazing place to stay--in the middle of it all, yet quiet and inexpensive

Super convenient stay close to our favorites in PV. We normally come down in a large group but if going solo again would definitely consider this place for its walkability.

I wasn’t impressed by this hotel

1. Housekeeping didn’t show for 5 days until I begged them.
2. Showers are EXTREMELY small, they don’t get hot, and the shower heads are dirty. You can see the lime stone build up.
3. They don’t have breakfast.
4. They don’t have a front desk.
5. They don’t have vending machines.
6. THE AC BARELY WORKS. If it’s a hot week you are BURNED alive.

7. After 2-3 years all of these problems should’ve been fixed. This hotel does not care about customer service.

8. THE BIGGEST ANNOYANCE THIS TRIP BEGAN WHEN I CHECKED IN AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK FOR THE REVERSALS.

Please stay anywhere else in PV.

Convenient location. Spacious room with a full kitchen and patio. Lovely pool. An oasis.

Great place to stay! Very well run!

Sun Suites has its nice charm with it’s many walkable options. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a kitchen and balcony. The internet, TV with options, and AC all worked great. It was particularly nice being on the first floor in view of the pool. I’d stay here again and again.

The place is just right! Cute, close to bars the beach restaurants. A gem

It was a good value and had everything we needed. Pretty quiet most of time and just 2 blocks from the beach with great restaurants nearby. The pool was nice. A hot tub would have been even better since there was no indoor tub. We enjoyed the full kitchen and not having to eat out at every meal.

Great smaller property. Clean comfortable with a nice pool. Had easy self check in/ check out instructions as front desk is not always open. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The is our 2nd stay and will come back again. Can’t beat the price and convenience.

We’ve rent it out a couple times and love it will rent it again. Cheaper compared to the hotels near by.

Got there a little after 11:00Pm and there was no one there to let us in the main entrance. I waited a little over 30 min calling and leaving messages and no helped. Bottom line we had to go book another room at another hotel. Never got a call back or anyone caring that our checkin didn’t happen!!
