Very nice small hotel with attentive staff and simplistic but stylish decor. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but most were closed due to the time of the year (September a lot of places close). There was a bad storm and the power went out for >11 hours which was unpleasant, but out of control of the hotel and staff. Beach is within walking distance and there is a little bit of an ocean view.

No tiene vista al mar, aunque asi te lo venden. La atencion es buena, el lugar es relativamente nuevo, el cuarto tiene lo basico, no me encanto la regadera sale muy poca agua.

I didn't like that there was no television and the room felt very empty. It needs more comfortable chairs inside, because there was only one inside and it was very uncomfortable, and a closet or dresser for clothes. There was definitely only a bed and a desk and it doesn't have an iron.

Place was very nice and the staff was friendly. The only drawback was lack of soundproofing. We could hear steps, talking, any outside noice filtered in.

L'hôtel est joli, très belle déco mais situé à 10mn en voiture de Todos Los Santos dans une "banlieue" très moche.
Il serait judicieux de mettre dans la chambre quelques cintres ou au minimum un portant, un sèche cheveux serait également le bienvenu, un prix ne peut pas être justifié uniquement par la décoration.

We enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped hotel room. Very tastefully decorated and a view of the ocean from the second floor room. Fantastic little plunge pool in a lovely garden setting. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in finding good restaurants and local attractions.

Great experience, hosts were lovely, great at giving directions to the turtle release and giving recommendations to restaurants. Would definitely book again!

I loved the vibe and small size of the place. Also liked the minimalistic hip room. The place is small and kept tidy. The location was not so great. Long walk to unswimmable beach and town. Rowdy industrial neighborhood. Price was good. Fridge didn’t work and asked for help but no one got around to it. Bathroom needed a deep clean.

It is perfectly fine place to stay for a night for 2. Staff is 1 person but friendly. The owner is not friendly nor does he/she care about you. Issues:
1. Billing. Was bill twice by CC one in USD and one in Pesos. It was resolved within 5 days right before I was about to dispute the charge
2. Pool is more like a plunge pool. I did not personally use. Other guests had request it to be service, so they filled it up with a horse and kick start the pump. May be it is a daily morning routine
3. My biggest issue. I needed to exchange 10 USD worth of pesos. The staff said she had to ask the boss, she got back to me say ok and told me it be 180 Pesos. I was ok. I return to the front desk with 10 USD and she said her boss call back it has to be at least 100 USD. I politely decline.

It is a small hotel with 10-15 rooms. The owner does not have traveler's need in mind. It is a mom and pop but big box mentality.
