Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was very modern, very clean. We were very pleased with the breakfast selection and again the area is kept clean.

Cons:

There was some construction opposite that starts around 7.30am, not a big deal as we get up at this time each morning, these new buildings are nearly complete so it won't be an issue for future guests in the hotel.

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

They always host young sports teams who take over the hotel. They were loud and out in our hallway until 2 am. We got no sleep the day before having to drive all day to get home. They took over the breakfast buffet and were messy about it. One came down in underwear and a top for breakfast.
