Sin conexión a internet y ni acceso a la TV y nadie resolvió nada en los 3 días de mi estancia
Nadie realizó el aseo ni sacó la basura ni pusieron más agua siquiera
Todas las toallas con olor desagradable a humedad, tampoco el jabón de manos ni el shampoo tenía olor agradable, mal olor de las almohadas a sucio, tuve que rociarles perfume
Aire acondicionado que no enfría (probablemente por filtros sucios)
Cabeceras de las camas sucias (polvo acumulado)
Piso de madera sumamente ruidoso
Servicio del restaurante excesivamente lento, comida fría y sabor no tan bueno, caro y de mal modo, buenos para pedir la propina eso si

The location was great! Our room had a nice view of the Templo De San Agustín. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean.
There were minor issues that were somewhat inconvenient but nothing that couldn't be resolved without speaking with the staff.
It was a wonderful room but a bit loud. Make sure you bring ear plugs and then it will be a perfect place to stay!
Casa Maka is well located in SLP. Staff is friendly but not very helpful. The place is clean but they have a problem with bed linens. There is a nice cafe next door but the restaurant was very noisy during the day and late night. My room did not have a safe, telephone.

El hotel es una casona antigua ubicado en el centro histórico de SLP. La habitación es amplia, de buen gusto en diseño. Las camas cómodas y baños muy limpios. Tiene todas las conexiones pertinentes para trabajar a distancia. Mi cuarto estaba en el 2 piso. El diseño de la casa es muy bonito. Abajo se encuentra el bar y restaurante. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y generosa. Me gustó mucho quedarme en este hotel, porque también su personal es atento y servicial. El estacionamiento está a muy pocos pasos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para aquellos que gozan hospedarse en centro de la ciudad. Les va a gustar!

Horrible! Impossible de dormir, chambre donnant sur une route très passante et bon à savoir, il y a un bar et un restaurant avec de la musique super forte!!!!

There was no parking on site as mentioned in the description. It’s a few blocks away and you have to pay it extra.
