The property nis ok but but of aircon, the television was not working.

I book 450 but when i arrived to pay 650 she told me that has extra charges why you didn’t put on the apps the correct details.

Hotel had no elevators to bring up your luggage. No a/c in room or a fan. Front desk did not call someone to assist to bring down luggage when i reminded them earlier that morning. Also, walls were very thin, could hear EVERYTHING. Not close to anything like restaurants and also, right by highway, which was loud.

Staff disrespected me. On arrival I was met with reception with a tinted window preventing me from seeing him, reception asked me to slide over my passport and even my phone, meaning once you hand over your phone with sensitive information you cannot see what they are doing with your phone aside from checking booking details. My phone was large forcing the reception to open the door to check my booking details on my phone in front of me. After checking in, when I tried heading out, staff chased after me (they actively monitored my movements) demanding I hand my room key to reception meaning I have to ask permission to access my room each time I'm back despite having paid for said access.. This "rule" was not disclosed to me in the advert or before I checked in, I asked if there is anything else I need to know as they omitted this essential disclosure, the motel staff chose not to respond. There appears to be lack of trust and basic respect to people staying in the motel, failure to disclose all essential information in the advert. Even location of motel on map is not accurate. I decided to check out without staying overnight and went elsewhere.
