Great recommendation, would come back
Pros:

Really convenient, brand new, gteat location, sleek, with 24 hr security and assistance if needed.

Cons:

Hard to sleep on th3 fiest night due to cool temp and heavy noise from the outisde (could not tell if it was a party or bar nearby).

Muy cómoda, lindo mobiliario, buenas camas, buenos baños

Cons:

Que el departamento era en un subsuelo, muy frío, bastante ruidoso, nunca nos avisaron que estaba situado allí. Tenía un termita que de muy pocos litros y el agua se enfriaba en menos de terminar un baño. Bastante incómodo. Luego de la limpieza nunca reponían bien la cantidad de toallas adecuada.

The beds were the worst we have ever slept on! We woke up in pain each day. Additionally, the reason we chose this location was for the hot tub. I've never been to a hotel where you have to reserve the hot tub in advance, and when we did - the hot tub was still freezing cold! So we never got to use it. So disappointing. Last, there was a coffee machine in the room, but the staff never gave us new coffee after the first day, so we weren't able to use the coffee machine much either.

La ubicación esta genial, la zona es muy linda y hay mucho por hacer. El personal que me recibió siempre fue muy atento y estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitara. La limpieza estuvo excelente.

Pros:

Tiene muy buena ubicación. La decoración y las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, y cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios: cocineta, microondas, refrigerador grande y utensilios.

Cons:

Se escucha bastante ruido de la calle; aunque proporcionan tapones para los oídos, éramos cuatro personas y no todos recibimos uno. El servicio tanto del gerente como del personal de seguridad fue descuidado e incluso grosero.

El jacuzzi presentaba fallas eléctricas (daba toques al usarlo). Hicimos la queja correspondiente, pero no obtuvimos una respuesta clara. Al día siguiente lo revisaron y lo reservamos a las 11 a. m.; sin embargo, el personal de seguridad nos indicó que estaría disponible hasta las 12 para que se calentara. Cuando finalmente pudimos usarlo, el gerente nos pidió que saliéramos porque acababan de aplicar líquidos de limpieza.

No hubo coordinación entre el personal, y esto fue decepcionante, ya que el jacuzzi era la principal razón por la que hicimos la reserva.
