El departamento está amueblado con buena calidad y comodidad, cuenta con una pequeña alberca en el ultimo piso con una agradable vista a la montaña y al mar. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cercano al centro de Vallarta y a la zona hotelera pero en la tranquilidad de una colonia.
Poolwasser-Rauschen die ganze Nacht, anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht, Rueckzahlung wurde verweigert, Meerblick eher ein Witz, im Stuhl auf dem Balkon stechende Insekten

It is very nicely furnished. I loved that we had a corner unit with 2 walls of sliding glass doors that opened onto 2 balconies. It created indoor-outdoor living at its best. The kitchen is well designed and appointed with top-of-the-line appliances and everything needed to prepare a great meal. The rooftop dipping pool is nice and cool with expansive city and ocean views. The host, Alex, is fantastic. Our driver who was new to the city got lost trying to find the place and Alex drove to meet us and guide us back to the apartment. He also allowed us to have as late of a checkout as we wanted because it was my birthday.
It does not have an elevator, but I think Alex said they are going to put one in. Nonetheless, it was worth climbing the stairs for such a great suite for the money. You will not find a nicer place in this price range!

The whole apartment was just lovely. The floor to ceiling patio doors that opened right up was just spectacular, allowing morning breezes in.
The bed was a little soft, as I am a fan of firm beds and the air conditioning was a wee bit spotty but still.. No complaints at all.
Absolutely beautiful property! The design and decor are stunning, every detail thoughtfully chosen. We felt incredibly comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Alex, the property manager, was wonderful, always available, incredibly welcoming, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the rooftop pool are gorgeous; such a peaceful and beautiful space to relax. We won’t hesitate to book again if coming back to Puerto Vallarta.
Nothing we didn’t like but the neighbourhood can be quite noisy at night so I’d recommend some earplugs for light sleepers!

The location was in the quiet area in PV and close to an appointment I had, so it was tremendously accessible. The view was great as well as the roof top pool, the comfortable bed and decor and the beautiful kitchen was a nice touch. Alex was a great host too!
Inner neighborhood location that was 10-15 walk to the water. Secure building, the app for gate entry is a bit finicky, but was able to get a key card. We had 2 families and stayed in 1A family unit that had 2 King bedrooms along with its own balconies. 2 toddlers and a baby, and were very comfortable with the amenities, 1 flight of stairs to access unit. The kitchen sink was clogged and Alex was able to come fix it. He was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and come to our aid as needed. Sound machine helped to block out street noise. Thank you!
Our accommodations were simply stunning. Of course, we saw pictures of the rooms prior to making our booking but when we got there, it was even better than expected. This new apartment condominium, four story walk up, has wonderful balconies overlooking both the mountains, along with views of the ocean. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open entire walls between the apartment and the still vibrant, local community. Our new kitchen came with everything you needed to take care of yourself. A wonderful open market is close with many Mexican food restaurants and food stalls. To top it off the hospitality and assistance we received from Alex, the manager, was exemplary. Anything required he was there to assist. Our only regret was that we didn’t book for a longer period of time.
Couldn’t fault this place! Beautiful and comfortable beds! We came to leave our bags while we waited for check in and staff quickly cleaned our room and let us check in around 11am. It is cheaper to rent for a month
I wish it was slightly cheaper so I could stay longer!!
