Pros:

Fuimos en familia, el lugar no tiene ningún señalamiento, fue un poco complicado encontrarlo, está sobre una avenida y hay que bajarse a tocar para poder meter el auto
La hacienda está bonita, las camas son duras, la comida exageradamente cara y hay que pedirla con anticipación para que vayan a comprar los insumos por la mañana
Solo desayunamos y estuvo a secas
Las fotos que están aquí no se acercan a la realidad de la hacienda
La señora de cocina, el portero y limpieza, muy amables
Solo nos quedamos una noche y buscamos otra opción
La alberca sucia, más allá de las hojas, el agua se veía turbia, nuestra hija se quedó con ganas de meterse

No volveremos

Beautiful hacienda / hotel with spectacular garden
Pros:

The place is so so nice! beautiful Hacienda with the best gardens and pool. It is also perfect if you are going to a wedding in Hacienda San Carlos B or in Yautepec. Need to go back ASAP for a chill weekend. My only recommendation is to put a sign outside parking / hotel entrance, as I did not received an email with further instructions.
