Pros:

Un área de mejora es hacer algo con los mosquitos, se considera que es un área de mucho verde y sin inevitables, pero podrían hacer algo al respecto, cómo fumigar las paredes para que no den el aspecto de que son abundantes. En las habitaciones, podrían colocar algún tipo de insecticida compatible con el medio ambiente para poder descansar sin las preocupaciones de estos moscos.
Segunda área de oportunidad es definir adecuadamente lo del desayuno, ya que fijan un horario pero funciona hasta agotar existencia, y no con respecto al horario.
Las instalaciones me parecen adecuadas

Pros:

Este es el tipo de hotel de viaje que deseas encontrar. Limpio, amplio, con a/c, seguro, iluminado y en un nodo clave para viajes. En este rubro, es el mejor de la región. La recepcionista podría ser más amable, y el desayuno tener algo más que café y pan. Pero para llegar a un lugar seguro y limpio donde pasar la noche y reponerte de un largo día de viaje, ésta es la opción. Volveré (mucho, dado que viajo de Tuxtla a Cdmx constantemente)

Pros:

Un servicio impecable, definitivamente regresaremos en cada viaje. Nos atendieron muy bien y nos gustó bastante el hotel. Está muy cerca de la autopista y a unos metros tiene una tienda y restaurante. Las instalaciones son prácticamente nuevas. Puntos extra por tener Roku, tarjetas de acceso, buen café en el desayuno y persianas blackout.
