We absolutely loved our stay at Agua Santa Hotel Boutique. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip to San Miguel de Allende. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and much larger than we expected, and the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and felt like such a nice way to start the day.
This was our first time visiting San Miguel de Allende, and we feel like we made a great choice staying here. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending Agua Santa to our wedding guests when we plan our wedding in San Miguel in 2028. Can’t say enough good things.
There really wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. Everything from the room, location, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. If anything, we wish we could have stayed longer.
It is a great place to stay, staff is just beyond kind. It is not that far from downtown, but still walkable.

It wasn’t clean well, we discovered someone’s underwear in our shower, and it was unpleasant surprise. Made us question how well it was all cleaned.

No es importante, ni es mala nota al Hotel, solo es una sugerencia, nivelar el piso de la regadera, ya que el agua no se iba hacía la coladera.

Staff was great! Our room was very comfortable with easy access to outdoor space and very well located. I will say that one should be aware that there is major construction going on next door…so ask for a room away from daily noise. The breakfast was perfect…outside dining with a nice selection and very accommodating service! Lovely rooftop terrace.
A Waldorf Astoria is being built next door, so the noise during the day might prove problematic if in a room facing construction.
Staff was great and attentive.
The construction next door made the hotel itself pretty dusty. Obviously it wasn’t their fault as it was the Waldorf hotel that could have been considerate with their construction hours being at all times in the night.
