El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación para poder caminar, la atención de todo el personal es muy buena y atentos, cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento a una cuadra y también incluía el desayuno muy completo y el domingo con una variedad diferente, la habitación es amplia y muy bonita. También cuentan con una pequeña estación de bebidas en recepción la cual fue ideal para refrescarnos. Nos hospedamos ahí por una boda en Rosewood y nos quedo cruzando la calle lo cual es ideal para asistir a eventos dentro del lugar. Tiene una vista hermosa desde el Roof Garden
El área del desayuno es en el roof por lo que nuestra habitación estuvo justo debajo y si hay un poco de ruido por las mañanas, al igual que el cuarto de servicio del piso se encontraba a un costado de la habitación.

The exterior is beautiful and substantial. My room, though! The bed is so soft and luxe. Thanks for not cutting corners with pillows. The room is perfectly laid out. The extra Attn paid to lighting placement is noted and appreciate.
The bathroom, with a shower with two showerheads along with nice touches like solid shampoos, lotions, and body soap feel resort like.
Everyone is so kind, breakfast is awesome, as is everyone from the owners, managers, and staff.
I honestly can’t think of anything.
Oh! I know, there wasn’t a wine opener in my room when I checked in late at night.
Update I just walked into my room to a bottle of wine chilling in an ice bucket with a wine opener.

We absolutely loved our stay at Agua Santa Hotel Boutique. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip to San Miguel de Allende. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and much larger than we expected, and the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and felt like such a nice way to start the day.
This was our first time visiting San Miguel de Allende, and we feel like we made a great choice staying here. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending Agua Santa to our wedding guests when we plan our wedding in San Miguel in 2028. Can’t say enough good things.
There really wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. Everything from the room, location, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. If anything, we wish we could have stayed longer.
It is a great place to stay, staff is just beyond kind. It is not that far from downtown, but still walkable.

It wasn’t clean well, we discovered someone’s underwear in our shower, and it was unpleasant surprise. Made us question how well it was all cleaned.
