Amazing hotel in Andares, Zapopan. It’s about 1.15 away from the airport. Easy check in, great WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed.

This by far has been my worst experience ever. They did not have system for check in. Then they asked me to wait until they confirmed my check in. Expedia called them and they didn't answer. Then the room was dirty and in bad shape. Very small. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Solo un día me bañe con agua caliente, los demás con agua helada porque nunca salió agua caliente y el agua que cae con pésima presión. La habitación tenía un olor peculiar, no muy agradable. Las paredes son delgadas por lo que escuchas todo lo que sucede en las habitación de los lados. La ubicación está muy bien.

hola!! no recibí mi clave para ingresar, dijeron que se había mandado x correo y nada. al llegar me dijeron que tenía que haber estado pagada con transferencia, llegué tarde y todavía me llevó tiempo hacer el proceso, debieron haber avisado y notificado de todo.

Esta muy bien ubicado, pero es muy caliente por la ubicación del cuarto le da el sol todo el día y solo tiene un pequeño aire acondicionado. Los acabados del cuarto son muy básicos y no es muy estético. También se escucha ruido de los bares de alrededor.

Pros:

This property is in a great area, is a larger room with kitchenette… They do not provide many towels or bathroom supplies… It is a very loud area due to nightclubs across the street the bass will shake your unit all night on weekends or whenever they’re open and ear plugs do little to stop it.
